Drink Only Water

Guidelines:
Ok, I admit I have a soda problem, and I wont be able to 100% cut out soda. This goal is to only drink 8 oz of soda 3 times a week max, less if possible. Otherwise its Water (or juice/milk).

Guidelines:
For me, that's almost 15 lbs. Seems like a pretty lofty goal right now, but I think if I follow 1 - 4 I'll be able to pull it off. Join me if you wish.

They also sell Sodastream at Target, JCPenney and Bed Bath & Beyond (which is where I work, so of course I have one). We've had ours for about a year and it actually helped me kick my soda habit. ...
