Static Plank Pose

Guidelines:
Hold an elbow plank for as long as possible. Hold a top-of-pushup plank for as long as possible. Aim to increase the time you are holding your plank for by five seconds a day.

Dynamic Plank Poses

Guidelines:
Cycle through an elbow plank and top-of-pushup plank. A full cycle should consist of a four count beat. From a top plank: 1) down onto one elbow, 2) down on both elbows, 3) up on one hand, 4) up on both hands to return to a top plank position. Perform this cycle as many times as possible and aim to add a second set of reps each week, bringing you to four full sets by the end of the challenge. Increase reps as possible.
