Guidelines:
Do it any 3 days you can, even if it's just for 30 minutes. BUT make sure it's worth it! Run, swim, enjoy the outdoors! Do motivated, calorie burning workouts. You'll feel better instantly!

I track every day on Fatsecret. I love the phone app. My problem is on weekends when eating is not so structured. Makes me nervous for the summer cookouts.
