The best motivation in the world is having to hold yourself accountable. I'm definitely up to the challenge.

I'm currently doing the Insanity 60 day workouts, and eating somewhat similarly to the suggested eating plan. The basic breakdown is the following:

Daily caloric intake = BMR + 20%, (+ or - 100cal)
5-6 meals daily, at least 1 being a recovery protein shake directly after workouts
My current nutritional breakdown has been
40-50% protein,
30-40% carbohydrates, and
20% healthy fats

Nearly ALL of my carbs come from fruits & veggies, so this is right up my alley. I look forward to the challenge!

One of my favorite health tips: The next time you're driving by a fast food place and get a craving, vow to take the money you were about to spend and put it towards a new shirt/pants/outfit/etc. Double bonus to see the sizes go down and your control increase!
If you can spend years beating yourself up mentally and remain standing, you can HANDLE a few muscle cramps and cravings. A little pain has NOTHING on feeling insecure. Remember that next time you wanna quit. You can do this!
