I forgot to weigh in at the beginning of the challenge, so it's showing as 2.6 pounds lost, when it's actually 3.6. For a month many people might not consider that great, but for me it's about as fast as my progress has ever been at the best of times, so I'll take it. I haven't actually fully been able to get back to what worked for me the first time....oddly, what's working this time is what's never worked before (primarily just watching what I eat, and trying to be a bit more generally active, but not an actual significant number of workouts yet).
Since this is working so far, I'm excited to see what happens when I can starting getting more regular workouts in. Progress on that has been slow but existent as well, so I'm reasonably happy.
