@ mkikendall, mine are teenagers and trust me it does. I was not athaletic as a teenager. But into my twenties and thirties, I started going to the gym pretty regularly. I never was a gym rat, but I would get my money worth. My kids would go with me to the gym and we always did some type of activity at home. My son use to not be able to do pull ups or push ups. Now, I am amazed at his performance. He has great abs, shoulder and arms. My daughter was always pretty good with exercising. She has slacked off some, but the crunches are good for me and her.
