Pure Cardio
Today is day 5 for me, which means my first time doing Pure Cardio. WOW! 15 exercises at a minute each and it was crazy. I paused twice for water and felt like my muscles were definitely at failure ...

Is it better to eat ...
I try to eat 5x a day, and I work it around my exercise. I work out at 5, so I have cottage cheese or egg whites and some fruit around 3, and then my dinner shortly after my workout is done.
