Eat as much Fruit and Veg as you like!! 7 day challenge - how much can we lose?

Guidelines:
Eat what you want as long as it is raw! (steam if you have to) The key to this diet is not cooking in oil / sauces etc... Eat at least 4 different fruit/Veg's a day. Enjoy making a big salad - and savour it. Advocado's / nuts can give you all the essential fats that you need. Nuts and fish are good sources of protien.

Week 1

Drink lots of water - or even better green tea!!

Guidelines:
You will be getting a lot of extra water from the fresh food we will eat - so.. Do not attempt to drink 2lires of water unless you are alread doing so. You will not thank me for the extra night trips to the loo! Instead , make a habit of drinking a glass of water with every meal, or every time you go into the kitchen - or replace you regular beverages with green tea** (this really helps me to lose weight and de-tox) - you can get it in decaff too!!

Week 1

Excercise lighty - when you can.

Guidelines:
Dont go overboard this week - as the change in diet will make you feel less energetic than normal. Get off the bus a couple of stops early - or take the stairs instead of the lift. This is not the week for strenuous activity. Just exercise when you can - and don't push it too much - or you will just work up a massive appetite and crave carbs. If this group is succesfull.. we should extend it for a two week chanllenge and so on...
