Another brisk 2.3 miles today. As pondered yesterday, I started out running for just a little bit in order to get my heart rate up, then kept a steady fast pace.
While I'm feeling motivated, I'm pretty sure the intention of this challenge is not to pack the two walks into two consecutive days. I'm therefore going to try to get in more than the challenge suggests... but we'll see. Tomorrow is going to be a busy day, so likely won't have time for a walk.
I definitely don't plan to weigh in daily. Have had issues with that in the past. I've gained about 15 lbs since I quit smoking 7 months ago, and would like to lose it in a healthy and consistant manner. That in itself would be something new for me.
