I was doing sooooo good and I did extra exercise whenever I ate a few too many calories to keep my calories at least 500 negative, but yesterday was not the best of days. Too much food and not enough exercise. Teaching conference is not so friendly for weight loss. I had a bad day, but I am forgiving myself and plan to keep myself eating healthy the rest of the time. I even avoided juice and hot chocolate today at the breakfast bar.
I choose to take control of my body. Let's keep it up. Don't forget to record your intake and exercise.
