Hello all and welcome to day one of this five week challenge. If you record everything you eat and accurately record your exercise, and meet the challenge of at least -500 calories each day, by the end of this challenge you should lose at least 5 lbs.
For me, 5 lbs will help me break through my plateau and finally put me under 200 lbs.
