Guidelines:
In order to lose a pound a week, you must be at least 500 calories negative each day. Two pounds require 1000 negative calories. Record what you eat and your exercise, look at your net calories and keep them negative.

Keep it up
On vacation and ate too much, going to go hit the gym before bed. Long term success is more important to me than short term pleasure that results in long term sadness.
