I think i am taking too many supplements - either that or i need to cut them into some in morning and some in afternoon/eve. I feel ill when i take them all at once. Challenge doesn't officially start for another two hours, so i plan to sit down and really decide what's needed and what i can cut out. My hubby is a supplement nut and has a much stronger tummy than i do...in fact, i feel he's over supplementing. Anything he reads about on the internet, he tries to add into his daily supplements! This is getting too costly and most likely not wise.

My stomach will get like that too, especially without food or if I take a B vitamin.

Splitting my supplements into morning w/breakfast & then the remainder in afternoon after lunch has helped my tummy greatly! I Did just fine the first week - got them all in, but yesterday afternoon i got busy at the office after lunch and then tossed them into my purse to take once i got home...and of course forgot! Oh well....glad this is a 4 week challenge because they say it takes 3-4 weeks to form a lasting habit. Got all of them in today though Smile
