Write down everything you eat and if your like me that weigh their self every day (i do not suggest unless you're willing to see the scale go up). seee what you ate or did certain days when you gain or lost weight and write down how you feel. Did you feel bad about what you ate, were more tired or energized.

Guidelines:
Increase your workout: so if you were walking 30 add another 10 minutes or do intense workout. If you have a Beachbody DVD, Zumba or take a class at a local gym. Just increase to burn off those extra calories for the remaining days and weeks of challenge.

give yourself a cheat day but not overeat. we all have foods we love but we all have to learn when to eat in moderation. keep up with your workouts so that your body does not fight back at you when you do eat something that is not healthy.

dang...i thought it meant to be sure to eat fruits and vegetables for 7 days...if that's all we can eat, i am out! i'm trying to eat lots of protein.
