This am... warm up - 400 meters freestyle, 50 meters backstroke/50 meters freestyle - 50 meters butterfly kick, 50 meters drill (2 right arm, 2 left arm, 2 full stroke butterfly), 50 meters butterfly, 50 meter im, 50 meters back kick, 50 meters drill (double arm backstroke), 50 meters backstroke, 50 meters im, take off my slim fins.... and 100 meter kick with board, 50 meters freestyle, 50 meters im....

main set - on the clock - 2 x 50 meters backstroke, 100 meters freestyle/100 meters im, 4 x 50 backstroke, 100 meters freestyle/100 meters im, 4 x 50 freestyle,.... 2000 meters total.

This am... warm up - 300 meters easy freestyle, 50 meters backstroke/50 meters freestyle, 2 x 50 meters breast pull/dolphin kick, 50 meters freestyle, 200 meters freestyle, 100 meters im take off my slim fins.... and 2 x 50 meters kick with board/50 meters drill (crossing guard - one hand fist and one hand open), 100 freestyle, 4 x 50 freestyle .... main set: 2 x 75 (easy, moderate, fast), 50 fast, 4 x 50 variable speeds, 100 freestyle last 25 fast kicking, 4 x 50 variable speeds, 4 x 25 fast... 2200 meters total

really felt a rhythm swimming this am, so I just swam, 2400 meters continuous wearing my Slim Fins.
