Guidelines:
Take a moment to find something that will motivate you. Whether it be a picture of you (your body) from the past or a dress you want to fit into: put it Front and Center, like on the fridge, or hanging on your closet door. Each time you see it, it will be a mental reminder to continue working towards your goal!
