I have difficulty doing my exercises! It's hard to stay focused for me, and I just want to sit on my butt instead of doing some sort of activity. I also bought a pack of cookies at the supermarket the other day. Luckily my SO has been eating them so, so I wont eat the whole bag. But they are granola cookies, so they have some health properties, but they are not a meal!
Surprisingly drinking water hasn't been as difficult as i thought it would be, I'm alternating between plain water and water with alittle lime juice for taste. I'm not up to 64oz yet, but i'm doing a good 40oz!

I was doing great while my SO was away on a business trip - could cook just for myself, no alchohol, etc. He came home and I was badddd. Just a couple glasses of wine and my inhibitions (for food) are gone. Ate a bunch of ice cream right out of the container. Have to get back on track.

Started to slow down on my water consumption. I really need to make sure that's a priority. Also, I'm finding that I'm getting bored with my workouts too easily. I'm going to start incorporating more dance & stepping.

Good luck this week!
Have you drank all your water today? gotten in all your exercise? It's not too late!

Water tip- One thing I've found to help is that everytime I pick up my water bottle, I take 10-12 gulps even if they're small. That means every time I think I'm thristy enough for a sip, I'm getting nearly an entire serving of water. I usually polish off my 24 oz. bottle in 4-5 "sips." When I was doing really well & drinking 12-15 servings, I felt great. I'm aiming for minimum 10 servings a day from now on.

I'm at my mothers for the week, and its hard to maintain a healthy diet, when i'm not in total control of my meals. I'm pretty good for brakfast and lunch, but dinners are hard. The same for working out, its just hard to do a routine when you arent at home.
