I have worked out everyday since Monday. Wednesday I worked out in the morning and then in the afternoon. I am really hoping this is the one thing that will get me to stick to it. I really would like to be back down to my weight by spring!!!

Okay, today was rough, I didn't sleep well last night and then finally decided to get up at 4:30. I went to the gym but I was exhausted. So I rode the bike and then the precor. Worked a little sweat, but not as much as I would jog/walking. Hopefully this isn't a setback, it's just a light day. I am still sore from Wednesday morning.
