Well, I was successful getting up and doing 20 minutes of exercise yesterday morning, I am sore from it. I did a circuit for 20 minutes of squats, pushups, and abs, with marching to get my heartrate up. Then Wednesday evening I went to the gym and jogged/walked 2.5 miles. I was excited. This is the longest I've stuck with an exercise program in a long time. 3 days is not a long time either, so I am doing good. I didn't get up this morning, but I will go to the gym this afternoon and jog/walk another 30 minutes. Thanks for the challenge!!!! It's working!!!
