How do I record my exercise on here???

I think you're trying to record your activities in your exercise diary, right?

If so, hover your mouse over the "MY FATSECRET" menu item at the upper left. A drop down menu should appear. Click "Enter Exercise."

That should get you started. Let me know if you need more help or if I misunderstood your question.
