So what how you did yesterday - if you did 'good' - super! However, if you didn't do so hot -> GREAT NEWS! Today is a NEW day. A clean start. Do better today! Smile

Way to be positive! I agree! I had a bad day a week ago, but I surrounded it with good days, and I was still able to lose some weight!

I was thrilled to maintain! Would have liked to have lost, but just coming back from a crazed, eat like a fool, emotional roller coaster. Back now....and glad!
