My progress as of today, March 4th:
Weight = 234.5 Pounds
Increase/Decrease: Down 4.5 pounds
Day 1: 20 Squats - Accomplished! Yay!
Day 2: 25 Squats - Accomplished! Double Yay!
Day 3: 30 Squats - Accomplished! Ouch, my thighs are starting to hurt.
Staying hydrated - Accomplished! Drinking lots of water and loving it.
Day 4: 35 Squats - In progess.
