We can all report our weekly progress here. I weigh in every Monday, so below is my progress as of date.

My progress as of today, March 4th:

Weight = 234.5 Pounds
Increase/Decrease: Down 4.5 pounds

Day 1: 20 Squats - Accomplished! Yay!

Day 2: 25 Squats - Accomplished! Double Yay!

Day 3: 30 Squats - Accomplished! Ouch, my thighs are starting to hurt. Smile

Staying hydrated - Accomplished! Drinking lots of water and loving it.

Day 4: 35 Squats - In progess.

Incease/Decrease: 0.6 lbs. Sad
Day 1-20 squats: Accomplished
Day 2-25 squats: Accomplished
Day 3-30 squats: Accomplished
Day 4-35 squats: Will do tonight
Water: 64 oz everyday

Not weighing in until Friday but:
Day 1- 20 done
Day 2- 25 done
Day 3- not done Sad
Day 4- working on it
Definitely hydrated

Did my squats for the night. Any tips for knees?

Are you doing regular squats (knees shoulder width apart)? If that hurts your knees you can try spreading them a bit wider and turning your feet out to the sides. When you go down your knees will go to the side also. If that still causes pain you may want to consult a doctor before continuing. Safety first.
