As my title says, I am so ready for this challenge! I actually thought that it started today, and when I got super busy, I was almost in a panic thinking I wouldn't be able to fit in my 30 minutes!! I managed, so I guess I really am pumped. I need this challenge to get myself in the habit of exercising on a regular basis...sooooo...I AM SO READY!!!

P90X is going good.. today was more difficult then the weights.. Wholly smokes Yogi, I stretched muscles I didnt know I had.. I think I hate downward dog  This is my first experice with yogi so if you like pain (just kidding) I suggest P90x, just go at your own pace that's what I'm doing.. But after... I feel awesome..
