Back to normal work clothes on Wednesday! can't wait!

Down from 60" waist jeans since June 21st 2012.

Still keeping to my 26" jeans, but they are too tight for comfort. too many tasty things in the US, and over Xmas.

Down to 205! Can I just say I LOVE this site? Nothing helps keep you on track like having this on your laptop and phone! This challenge is exactly what I needed to push myself to follow through! (When this one is over I hope someone decideds to do another one for summer-fall!)

I am also up for another 10% challenge during the summer. I hope to be to 145 by the end of the fall. I am very hopeful that this will happen.

I am having the hardest time losing weight. I go to the gym 3-5 times per week for at least an hour. I'm restricting calories (with the occasional cheat). I'm trying really hard, but I haven't lost in 3 weeks. I'm still the exact same weight. Getting really frustrated because I miss food, a lot. Does anyone have idea or suggestions, help!

Well a quick look at your food diaries indicates you are going over your RDI 4-5 days a week.

You are maintaining a deficit according to the exercise log, but as many people find that's way higher any other measure. So it's quite possible that you are simply burning as much as you consume.

Drop your calorie intake for a couple of weeks by about 500cal below your RDI and see how that goes.

I actually keep my RDI lower than its actually supposed to be. My RDI is actually 2800, but I feel that it's too high for most days, so I keep it at 2400. I keep it on "low active" so I'm not tempted to say "Oh I can still eat 400 more calories." So it says I go over, but I'm truly not at long as I stay active, which I am daily.

Know what you mean. My DRI is suppost to be 2100, but I have it set on 1800. (And I normally don't eat that much!) I can have 1500/1600 and feel stuffed.

I have tried to update my progress several times tonight with an "unexpected error." CW is 242 which means my I'm down 5% of my SW. Super annoying that I can't post.

Try one of the mirror sites. I use fatsecret.co.uk usually, but have to weigh-in on fatsecret.com because I continually get an error weighing in on FS.co.uk.

I use the fatsecret.com as I live in the U.S. I'll try the other one. Thank you!
