Another tip.INDULGE YOURSELF!!!
If you want a piece of chocolate have one
. But enjoy it to it's fullest. Find ways to make that indulgence last as long as possible and get every single iota of pleasure from it.
If you, like me, cannot open a packet of your preferred snacks and eat just one serving. Then spend the extra and buy the individually packaged kinds. Or even just a single bar if that's what you have to do to stick to just one.
Find other ways to indulge yourself once a week without food.
Take a class.
Have a massage, or get your nails done etc etc etc...
Take a long indulgent scented bubblebath (You know the kind with candles and music. Waterproof MP3 speakers are quite cheap if you are worried). Guys I know it sounds girlie but it's a great way to relax (Though personally I've never understood the candles thing).
Even a long hot shower with something expensive that smells great can be an indulgence (Stop snickering Jonny).DO SOMETHING JUST FOR YOU!
