I am really looking forward to this challenge, I would love to lose 10% of my body weight. That is almost half as much as what my real life goal is. A whole new way to look at spring cleaning, my fridge and my body to get ready for a new me!

Remember 10% is supposed to be an aspiration not a goal to be smashed through.

You want steady consistent HEALTHY weight loss. Don't do anything silly just to try and keep up. It's not worth it in the long term!!!

1% (1-2lb) a week is the middle to top end of what's generally considered a healthy weight loss.

And I do realise that as I "smashed" both of the last 2 10% challenges me saying that is more than a little hypocritical...

I would point out that I was _EXTREMELY_ big 6 months ago (The bigger you are the more you can lose just by making tiny changes) and I can be extremely stupid when I set my mind to it.

I fully intend to take this challenge at a much steadier pace.

I'm already down by 5.2 lbs, and my goal for this challange is 23! (It's like they say, the more fat you carry, the quicker it comes off when you make changes: AND stick to them!) I'm just happy that other people are following through too!
