I'm pretty heavy for my age and I'm tired of hiding. I'm 17 and I feel old. That's a problem haha. I just started up using the total gym every morning and I want to pair healthy eating with it. My goal is to be toned, look good, and feel confident by June 15th. I'm going on a mission trip, and I would love to be comfortable in tank tops. Not to mention feel great in a bikini for the first time in my life. This challenge is exactly what I'm looking for!

good luck my daughter is 17 as well and kids are really tough on girls if they are a little heavy. even a few pounds they will start teasing

I remember being 17 and having body image issues, so I hope you find the success you are looking for! I think that eating healthy and exercise will make you feel better and as a result will make you more comfortable in your own skin. Good luck!!
Goals for 2018:
Do 20 consecutive push-ups
Use 10 lb. weights for a whole workout
Get one mile pace under 11 mins.
Get stronger physically and mentally
