My 10% is 24.3lb. But my target is 224lb (though it's not my ultimate goal)...

I'm excited about this challenge. I love the mini challenges and I think this time I will succeed. I need to prove to myself that I can open the door to a better future both physically and mentally. I'm looking for the next twelve weeks to be a promising adventure but I'm taking it one day at a time.

10 % for me would be about 14 pounds total. I'm not looking to lose that much, but close and it seems like the closer I get the harder it is. I'm hoping with this challenge, and the mini challenges, it will give me motivation to get this done. If I could lose and keep off 10-14 lbs., that would be great! I hope we all have success!
Goals for 2014:
Complete Couch to 5K- DONE!!!
Sign up for and complete a 5K- DONE!! 35 mins.
Plan at least 3 outings with the family that involve being active- 2 done

I am excited abou thtis challenge. My 10% is a little over 18 pounds. I am actually hoping for 20 pounds lost by the end of this 12 weeks. I think I can do that and hopefully so much more.
