hi! I have had the slim in 6 for a long time myself and have never made it past week 3! Heres hoping I will make it the whole way!

So I just finished my first workout using the slim n six program and feeling good....I hada good breaky and hoping this will be the beginning of a new me! How is everyone else finding day 1?
