Hi all! Welcome to the Reboot Challenge!
Reboot works like this: once you all off on any of the mini challenges, you actually need to start over (ie, back at day 1 and you need to do 30). But because this is Fatsecret and you can't just re-start, we'll just work towards having as many dairy/grain/alcohol/legume/white potato free days as we can in a row.
Post your meal ideas - gives everyone an idea of what to eat. If you have questions, discuss them here.
