Morning,

up and out the door, work is waiting.

I have my gym bag packed and will go directly to ymca for my first machine toning session I was showed. NO EXCUSES right, cause I already thought of 10 reasons why not to go......lol so I argued with myself and I won.

today 3 x , any 3 times you chose Do standing 100' abd crunches BUT do 15 each side
so 15 in am -----15 at lunch ----15 at dinner
for those that don't know the standing 100 side crunches google it and watch how they do ab side crunches while standing but today is minimum 15 each side 3 times today.
.............this is ontop of your regular workouts.
squeeze the sides and smile thru em...........

gotta run have a great day.........

Time for more coffee, just googled my walking map Texas to Florida up through the states to Canada and then across Idaho to the coast and ending in Arizona. According to google map that is 6,048 miles start to finish or are we starting at home each time and going to each hometown? Perhaps we should start now, lol!

Time to get busy. Check in with you later.

Big congrats to everyone Smile

Just finished logging in my meals for the day and getting ready for the next leg of my trip - off to Washington (at least its a little closer to home). I think I'm still a little jet lagged, didn't get a chance to workout today but I did take a cold windy walk to the restaurant.

Laurie - sounds like your picking up Smile

Denise - I would join in on the crunches but I would most likely curl up and sleep

Sherry - I going to take your advice for the cruise - just found out we are going on the Paul Gauguin so yes, plenty of outdoor exercise.

Well, its off to bed for me.

Have a great night everyone!!!

Evening teamies,

Loved hearing your workout sunshine. I used to do blc,s workout for a year. I dont know why I quit. I do overhead crunches, reverse crunches, oblique crunches, plank with leg lifts and hip extensions. That was just abs, did whole workout 3x,s a week. Coach yourself thin is a book I,ve really enjoyed. It,s from Blc nutritionist and trainer. Sherri I do like being silly. Eeked out a five but went out of cal range. Tea,PLEASE, laurie P.S.Donna, I feel for you. It,s your time to breathe and be creative. When I sprained my ankle I got reflexology and I swear it healed in half the time. Had two treatments and was healed in a month but I iced and elevated and massaged. I wish I could work on it for you. I,m doing three pedicures tomm with reflexology.
