The weather is nice here today, finally. Maybe we will get out and go somewhere. Taylor goes home today so we need to make the best of this last day.

Sandra, I read what you posted to her and then gave her a hug. You should have seen the smile she had. Priceless!

Donna, Happy Anniversary! Enjoy the Italian.

Cathy, you are so right about the change in my mood. Being happy is so much better than being depressed and sad.

Renee, don't stress too much about the cruise. Yes, there are a lot of temptations, but there are also a lot of healthy choices and best of all is that there are so many exercise choices. You are moving all day and night. I don't know if you remember when I went in January, I actually lost a pound. I was determined to make good choices, but I did allow a splurge each day and I had a couple of drinks each day. I just kept moving from the time I got up until I went to bed.

Kristina, Way to go!! You are doing great!

PamF, Glad you are hanging in there. Awesome job!

Laurie, Where are you? You didn't post points last night and that is not like you. Are you ok???

Happy Palm Sunday All -

Ankle first sock off new brace on... feels ok... hope to be well enough to ride my bike today... Going to try anyways... If not
I'm going to join Kathy (I think) doing chair boxing... why not..
will box front across the sides and up and down... Should work the full ab......

Off to get some water in and finish cleaning... then off to dinner with hubby... Thanks for the congrats, Sherry..

Donna--I'm here was without power for an hour and a half but I challenge everyone to do the Deck of Card Challenge

Hearts: Walk in place
Spades: Pushups
Clubs: Crunches
Diamonds: Lunges/Squats

2-10 are face value
Jacks are 11
Queens are 12
Kings are 13
Aces are 15

All you need is a deck of cards or go to www.random.org/playing-cards
to do the challenge. Post back here later how you all did and about how long it took to get through the entire deck at least once.

Sherry - early bird slept in a little today and I have taken most of the day researching family genealogy again. My brother called this morning and it was so nice to hear from him but got those ancestry juices churning again. Thinking I might have to hire someone to finish the rest of the journey since I keep running in circles.

Sarah - I miss playing cards - seems no one have time to spend together in my house. Sad

Pam--the card challenge I was referring to is a fun workout that we used to do from time to time in BC over on BLC on the old site.

Evening,

Donna again congrats & how many years for you guys? enjoy

Today was family get together it went well, they started arriving around 3:15 and last left at7:30 ish Perfect fun party. We celebrated my sisters life, my great nepherws 8th birthday(first party ever here with this side of the family. My other great nephews 5th birthday adn our friends birthday . So it was nice.
pizza, large mixed toss salad with tons of veggies for toppings, water, tea, coffee, beer liquor for those that chose to have some.and con queso & weight watchers deserts.......4 for me today
it was fun

I am exhausted. days for the next two days. so not much workouts will be happening. But will for sure watch my food intake.

have a great evening and Sarah I will try the deck of cards workout this wk. Thanks for the idea.

Sarah, I will try the deck of cards workout this week, also. It sounds like fun.

Renee, You will probably be too busy to use the workout room. LOL!! Swimming, dancing classes, club dancing of every kind, sight-seeing, etc...so much to do! What cruise line are you using and where are you sailing to?

Denise, Your family party sounded like so much fun! Will you adopt me?

Has anyone heard from Laurie? She hasn't posted since yesterday afternoon and that is not like her at all. I am worried about her.

Donna's Daily Workouts... that give me great ideas of how to modify my daily workouts, I have my own workout schedule I have to follow, therefore I was not always able to follow her daily posts.
Laurie's need of morning coffee.....as I am downing my 2 cup of tea & h2o...its no wonder I pee sooo much.....lol,

Hey all- Busy day for me. In between blowing my nose every 3 min, I was packing for our trip. We leave tomorrow and fly out 7am Tues morning. It will be a rude awakening for the kids at 5am. Paybacks are h-e- double toothpicks. Shock Know what I mean................. ha

Even tho I didn't accomplish a thing this month as far as weight loss, I did manage to stick it out and maintain. That's all I can ask for considering the injury I had. So Come April 1st I plan to give it my all! Back to running and eating better.

I will plan to keep in touch as much as I can on the trip. Looking forward to the next challenge with all of you!!!!
