Good morning ladies!!! Today is a great day and I got an early start. I went to the gym and worked out for 45 mins. I did cardio and focused on my abs. I am really praying for loss this week because I have been so down from not losing more in the last couple of weeks. I saw a personal trainer yesterday and he made me up a plan to help in losing more weight so hopefully this will work. So far today I have done my Cardio so one point for me thus far. I will check in later with the rest of my results. Have a lovely day ladies :0)

I suggest that we make it an effort to do at least 125 calf raises today because mine are so sore from trying the different machines this week. Best of luck!!!

Good Morning Sistas, Well I'm still checking messages and lurking on the threads still on BL and will until I can't log on anymore. I love my Sassies here and on Fit Bit even though I haven't checked in for a few days. I've been busy on Spark getting my team together and helping get the BC team going too. Drinking my Spark to get me going this morning.

Good morning Sistas! Make it a great days and take many steps toward your goal!!

Denise, your tag line is my favorite. Every time I pick up my fork, I think of you.

Ms work - what us your name?? Did the trained have any general hints that might help us.

Sarah, what is Spark?

Laurie - beat that funk out! Are you a music person? Pick some kick butt music and sing along for a few minutes. Wink

Took me 2 hours to remember to put the pedometer on this morning. Mad that I missed out on all those steps from mopping, taking dogs out, and helping mom get up and dressed. Lol

Cathy--Spark the drink is an energy drink that I get from my Zumba instructor it's an Advocare product. Spark is also the name of a great free site that a lot of people who aren't going to pay or can't pay for the Biggest Loser site are on now with a couple of teams.

Give me a 4 today - no go on the F/V which is unusual for me.

My mom is doing great. Had her first PT today and they couldn't believe how well she is doing.

I had all these grandiose ideas of major workouts at her house - I way underestimated how much I would be doing to help her. Just to get her to the bathroom and back can take 15 minutes! But getting her in and out of her knee machine, giving her shots, handling her meds, getting her from bed to chair and back, doing her exercises. And then getting up every 2 hours at night to help her.

Luckily, she is feeling confident enough that she is letting my dad spend the night with her tonight (they have separate houses on opposite sides of the farm - they like each other more that way LOL). So, I am about 5 minutes away from crawling into my very own bed to sleep for about 12 hours. Then back to my mom's tomorrow to continue helping her.

I adore you guys! Just reading about your lives have helped me keep my sanity!

Woo Hoo!! I am so happy. My granddaughter is here with me. First time she has been allowed to spend the night since Thanksgiving. I have missed her so much and we are making up for lost time with lots of hugs and kisses.

Cathy, sounds to me like you are getting plenty of exercise. I got tired just reading what all you are doing for your mom. LOL!! Enjoy your night off...it's well deserved. Hey! We adore you too...at least I know I do!

HIgh 5 for me!!

Goodnight sassies!!
