Morning Sistas, I've created and am going to track for a few days on both Spark and here to see which site I like better and will send both to Zach and also have him help me decide which site is better. He did recommend this one when I was using the Fitbit site to track my food. So far for breakfast the calories and stuff are exactly the same except for this one tracks sugar and Spark doesn't.

I hope to get some new tennis shoes today. The ones I have are hurting my feet they are so worn out. I need to get somw miles in, pretty slack this week so far. Will check in tonight.

Morning teamies,

Tennis clinic was fun. My game needs lots of work. I played with all men. I didnt know my way around so I was following a guy out and he went into the mens lockerroom and I started to go in didn,t pay attention and followed him in and all the men standing around outside of entrance are yelling nooo! I know how to make an impression,lol!

Sarah, Ive been notified about buddy requests and thats it. Sparks I got my best workout music from.

Denise, U must be busy girl that,s shortest message I,ve ever seen.

Anne, I just bought a new pair. My feet love me!

It,WED STEPUP DAY use a curb, step or stair just move your body thru the air. Coffee please, Laurie

Ok, I have a date with Shaun T (hip hop abs) this morning and then more laundry and I am going to clear out another spot in the storage room for my Christmas decor, which is now stacked in the girl's bedroom. I don't want to put it back in my storage building that I am renting. I am going to try to get the stuff out of there so I can save that money. I will also fit in step-ups in between.

Morning,

slept 5 hrs. Smile up now trying to drag my butt to treadmill for a walk. Need some movement ..... steps 4 x up the stairs already breaking it into sections. Hockey gaem tonight.

Kat more coffee please, eyeballs still tired.

Hip Hop Abs done!! Woo Hoo!! I am loving this workout. I have decided to make a pic of my abs today and then at the end of the 30 day plan. I can already tell a difference. Wish I had made the pic earlier. The good thing about his workout is that it is a great cardio workout and the way he has you to tilt in your shoulders and tuck in your hiney makes your abs work the whole time. Tomorrow is a new DVD called Ab Sculpt. Can't wait!!

Denise, I am sweating too!! Gonna get a shower and run to the store. Then more decluttering and step-ups.

Hey All

Sorry, we got Denise's snow this morning and it was ice for us.. ugh.. left early, spent 2x the norm to get to work.. But it melted when the sun came up..

Taxes are now officially done.. yipee...

Today -
Cardio - done, track - done, sodium - done, water - done and fruits/veggie - done... Yipee 5 - two days in a row...

Going to see trainer tomorrow, however, no jumping... ankle feels better but don't want to push it.. will wrap it too..

Hope that everyone enjoyed their day.. Off to get some zzz's for me..

I'm beat. There is no sleeping in hospitals. Give me water and tracking. I had 5 F/V, but 3 were fruit.

Mom is doing great. She did so well that she is back home already! Hopefully, she will stay with minimal pain and keep doing this well.

I woke up with the sound of reveille @ 6am. I could have stayed in bed for a couple more hours today.....I was tired, and I am sore from my work out routine! With that being said, I did not make it to pilates this morning. Instead I wrote a friend an email while I watched the sunrise from my kitchen window. I felt a little guilty not being @ the gym by 7:30am.

On another note...ZUMBA TONING class was KILLER today!!!

Cathy so glad mom is healing so fast , it is always better to be at home and recooping than in hospital anyway. No place like home.

aiming to try the kickboxing class tomorrow night .... I really want to try one class at least.....

oh yes tomorrow's to do list has me going thru my closet and anything that does not fit within a size or 2 is gone
along with anything tattered, worn or too yucky..gone
along with things I have not worn at least once in the last 2 years. gone.

When I get down in size I can deal with it then..... but really , my hang onto get into clothes are getting so old sitting there waiting...... will deal as I go. Time to let go and move on..................

Cathy, Wow! I am so glad to hear that your mom is doing so well. I think you should get the 3 points. It's hard enough figuring out everything else at the hospital. Glad you are at her house now.
