Morning,

Awoke to snow covered ground again..... A nice new layer cleaned up the land again...... hummmmmmm well the upside of it is that it will go away eventually.

Laurie you asked about BLC, no,not for me right now. I still found the new site a pain in the butt and not personal anymore.

Donna how is the foot.

Hi all,

I posted something earlier, but apparently it disappeared into the black hole of the net.

I'm waiting for mom to get out of surgery, pacing (wish I had a pedometer), doing leg exercises, and I resisted the urge to go drown my fear in fattening fast food biscuits!

Mom should be out anytime and then we will be getting her settled in a room, do I'll check in later. I can sure use some encouragement to stay on the straight and narrow with this stress.

Morning teamies,

It,s suppose to be 60 here today so hopefully I can let the sun hit my face to get me out of my funk.

Cathy, great job count off a floor on # of steps and then keep track of how many times you walk it. You,ll have a step total. Ask a nurse they probably know. Walmart close by. Check ou the gift shop. I can tell you overeatin only adds to stress doesnt take it away. I had double snack last nite up a.pound only fuel to berate yourself dont do. I,m back on track.

Work, tennis,coffee please, Laurie. Cathy it,s ab day u csn do standing side crunches hit it, Team Dolvie in the hospital Hoot!

Does anyone know who fell below the Red Line on the BL last night? I fell asleep in the middle of the show; did vote for Jackson on Facebook though. I'm also so not using the BLC site & will not renew when the bill comes in; not user friendly at all.

Kat you have to manually cancel now so they do not renew it on its own. Trust us that is what they do.... I pre cancelled....... then no hidden charges..........

you got this. Just think, if you over eat and gain more and more weight then you will be the one knocked out for knee suregery because overweight = bad knees and so on and so on............so NO to bad choices if you have to have something get an apple and walk and eat......

on that note onto treadmill for second mini walk, attic work is done till rest of boards go up.....

Moms doing great. Physical therapy was just here and had mom standing. She won't get up again until tomorrow when the nerve blocks wear off, but for now she is fairly happy. I'm about to go hit the stairs. Only a 4 story building, but I'm going to push a good 20 minutes up and down.

Sadly no kickboxing for me, as always I get no call in for days on end, then when I have something planned that I really want to do, bammmm call in.... So off to work nights I will go 7 pm to 7 am ... bills and survival come before fun...... glad I got in 60 mins on
treadmill this am.........
I will try to go to Thursdays class.


ok off to cook dinner then pack up and head out..

Cathy hope all is well with your mom!!! Oh and I heard the greasy biscuits burned in the oven this morning!So you didn't miss anything.

I am struggling...............again!

Hope next challenge month will be better! No broken toes!!!!!

Ok so I am trying to be better about cooking healthy meals for the kids too!!! So I made meatloaf and added shredded carrots, green pepper and onion. Let's hope they like it!

I really need to go do my abs. Ugh and a few push ups cuz I didn't do yesterday!
Plan is to get on the TM today. Trying to go every other day for 20 min. If I go slow, then I can get it done. I so want to run tho! This is killing me.

Latest news on my husbands interview is a phone call with VP of sales this Fri and then on 3/21 he will go to Wisconsin and meet CFO and VP of operations. Then off for vacation and hope he gets the new job!!! EEEEEKKKKK!

Now that I can take my asprin again.. Yipee.. Ankle is feeling so much better, can walk without the hobble.. Still wearing my tennie's since it feels better in them, but all in all a good day.

Off to some abs then will have 5 for 5 for today..

Come on Susan you have this, think about vacation around the corner, the job will be what it will be no use stressing over it...

Laurie, Congrats on all the Tennis and steps you are doing the past week you really stepped it up.

Cathy - Glad to hear Mom is out of woods, you did well pacing and not eating...

Denise - Thanks for the good wishes, doing so much better today.

Evening ladies,

We made to the rodeo early and have done a lot of walking and window shopping . Didn't overdo on food, had a fish taco from Berryhill's yum! And a few chips and salsa and only water to drink do far.

I had a good day today. Did hip hop abs, washed 2 loads of clothes, and cleaned out a big spot in the storage room for the boxes of stuff I want to put in a yard sale. Then I cook dinner...shrimp, veggies and mashed potatoes. Now I'm chilling while watching tv.

High 5 for me!!

hey all- I am happy to announce that I walked and even ran on the treadmill tonight. Went 2 miles total and felt good!!! No toe pain at all!!! Took me 35 min, but I got it done!!!

4 points for me today! I didn't track but I was aware of my sodium intake. I hate blowing up like a blow fish!!!

The meatloaf was a hit!!!

Good evening all!! Today was a great day. I got an early start today so I am ever so tired. I got up this morning at 5:30 and went to the gym. I worked on this machine called the ARC and it feels good. I also walked on the treadmill. I got in 1.5 miles today and plenty of cardio.

Track-YES
Cardio- YES (32 min)
Water-YES
Sodium-Yes (under 600)
Fruits & Veggies-YES

I am hoping to see pounds lost this week. I am pushing through. Talk to you all tomorrow.

Sherry- I've got your number. Thank you!!! I can't wait to meet you next time you head out this way. How are you liking hip hop abs?

Give me a high 5, including 20 of cardio. I hit the stairs and did 30 floors in 25 minutes. And that was after tons of quad work in chairs today and 80 chair crunches. My legs probably won't work tomorrow. LOL

Closing out this terrific Tuesday and ready for a wonderful Wednesday.
