Good morning, Sistas!!!!

Off to spend 12 hours with high school kids - chorus then drama. Probably wont get cardio in today but hopefully I can get step ups done and I plan on ankle and wrist pumps as much as I can.

Sherry and Laurie, I'll count Dolvett'a points tonight. My phone won't let me get to page 2 of Tuesdays thread

Have a beautiful healthy day!

Snow flurries here in GA this morning! And boy did it bring some cold wind...brrrr! I got out and walked the dogs around the neigborhood last night in between severe thunderstorm warnings... if you don't like the weather in GA wait a couple hours. Would love some nice weather to enjoy doing stuff outside, please and thank you!

Morning teamies,

I made one great decision yesterday. I needed exercise and I needed two onions for my lunch. I walked to the store and that,s only exercise I had time for it would have been so much easier to drive but I didn,t.
I made curried chickpeas and spinach from recipes here it really hit the spot for something different. I added curry and stevia instead of sugar.

Kristina, Walking in bad weather is okay once youre out there as long as your not at risk. The dogs love u.

Cathy, Hoot ! Down a size team Dolvett in the house.

Sherry and Cathy, Dolvett,s team total for yesterday was 14. Cathy, sunshine and me. How,s it going with totals sherry? ,thank you both for time and effort!!

Sunshine, *hug* how ya doin?

Steppin up today I will aim for 100. Laurie

It was funny because when I left work we were under a severe storm warning, got home and it had stopped raining and was sunny and nice! Walked the pups (Australian Sheppard and Border Collie) and by the end of the walk it had gotten cold and windy, and the snow moved in that night! It felt like Spring, Fall and Winter in all of about 12 hours!

Hope everyone else has a wonderful day!

Morning gang! GO TEAM JILLIAN. Actually finished reading Jillian's book "Slim for Live"; it's pretty good, but I still think "Coach Yourself Thin" is the best weight loss book ever!
Feeling stiff this am after my first session of pt last night, but it's a good stiffness. Have another session today & then one on Friday. Gonna keep me busy but at least this way I have NO EXCUSES!

Donna-ok, I'll get on the step-ups

Kwebb-I bet those 2 pups keep you busy!

Laurie-let's meet Denise for snow-steps...will you bring the coffee?

TTY later,
Kat

Morning sistas!

Well at least for a few more minutes. Still filing, will this ever end???? nope.

Quick lunch and back to work. Today is our anniversary and at first I thought a nice grilled steak would be good for dinner and now I am thinking, don't want to cook tonight or smell like a bbq pit, lol. Seafood sounds good.

Tomorrow night is fundraising event for the Volunteer Fire Dept. and the Lions Club. Pancake supper, really? Just what I need. I will go and show support for my son regardless.

Trying to get my act together especially with my gain from last week. Donna, I will get a few steps in just don't know how many I will have time for. Boo-hoo!

Catch up with you all later.

Hey Hey We are back. What a great quick 24 hrs little trip together

left at 9 am yesterday , drove the loading area, we park then had breakfast together, no interuptions (nice) then drove snow machines to the camp about an hour in......He says I am a little slower than the boys,,,,welllll yaaaaaaaaa cause I drove medium speed not maniac like my sons do, I am not so brave or crazy on the jumps.....YOu could hear me yahoooing over some of the jumps. OMG I was laughing.... It was fun. by the end of the day betweem squeezing my thighs like when your riding a horse so to stay on, and then the walking in the big boots all over the place , up , down and everywhere
fit bit read = 11,867 steps & 166 floors climbed ! WOW, WOW WOW
I was thrilled .....slept like a baby

then today yes Laurie I thought of you guys and made sure today I went up and down that hill a few times, sweat for sure got in as per fit bit so far 54 floors climbed. Also taking laundry up one at a time too since I came home at 2 pm.

Sherry glad you did Waundry too........it helps with steps for sure.

I can honeslty say I am sore in places and muscles I did not even know existed. Snow machining is an all body sport, escpecially going fast around corners and over jumps OMG but fun .........I can say I will go at least once a year...............

Food was good.......we only brought our exact meals and snacks and proper portions for each of us, so the only extra thing we could have snacked on was snow......or tree branches ....and that did not tickle my fancy.

Glad to see you all shaking and moving.

It is a great day. & for today I am happy with my results and appreciate the soreness I feel I am sure tomorrow will be worse. But that said that just taught me to try different things and not be afraid of NEW.......

Team Jillian 205 sweet happenings girls ! good for all of us.
and to our rival teams Bob & Dolvett ....... GET MOVING ! cause we are going all out....

talk later now to do some chores.

Denise Smile

Evening Sistas, 5 for 5 for me today and in case I didn't tell you all I won first place in my division by losing 27.75lbs for the year but I gained 10.75lbs from the beginning of 2012 to June when I started working out at the gym and with Zach.

Not sure how you are going to count this but I climbed 10.5 floors in 5 minutes on the stair master this afternoon.

Good evening ladies!!! Today was wonderful for me. I am not feeling as bad as I was when I did not loose the weight but I am back on track now. Today I went for a 3 mile walk with my hubby and I even jogged some. That makes my total so far 5miles for the week. I have many more to do and I can get it done. My totals today were ok but my sodium was the worst.

Track-YES
Cardio-YES
Water-YES
Sodium- NO I was over by about 400
Fruits & Veggies- YES

My body feels so good.

Sherry- I hope you enjoy your time with your sister.
