Hi Teamies!
Will do as many steps as I can in between a doctor's appointment & pt. Did NOT have a good night last night...my right elbow is extremely sore (that's the doctors appt) & I just got so frustrated & angry I ended up with a bag of chips & a pack of smokes. Did come to my senses & tossed both & went to bed, but I'm really concerned about that right elbow, it is not getting any better & is getting worse. Hope the doc in charge of the place where I go for therapy can do something, otherwise I will have to see an orthopedic surgeon & surgery is a dirty word right now.

830am and I have done my 45 min on ellip. Now if I could only do that everyday and eat well too.

Afternoon sassies,

Starting to get back on track today with food, etc. I was hoping to get out for a short stroll at lunch but we have a mediation going on and I hate to leave the place unattended, ugh!

I was so tired last night, I fell asleep on the couch around 8:00. Got up and went to bed only to be awakened around 3:00 with a lightning show and heavy rain.

Hello Sassies!!

I AM BACK!!!! I have missed you all so much. Thank goodness for power!! Both of my sons are still withour power and what is strange is that we all 3 live in different cities. The storms were very widespread. When I came home today, everything in my fridge and freezer had ruined. It was a major job to clean it all out. I had just bought groceries last week and my freezer was stocked full. Uggghhh!!

Denise, I got 4 points each day, if you want to count them. I tried to post, but my cell wasn't getting a signal and if anyone tried to call it was just a busy signal. I did get the post in to Laurie when I came to town yesterday to check on everything. Taylor and I spent last night in my cousin's RV. It was fun. The good news is that I still have her and she was supposed to go home on Monday. Woot Woot We spent the day yesterday at my son's house and let all the girls play outside til dark the son cooked hamburgers on the grill and we ate by candlelight. We joked about son and dil having a romantic dinner with mil. LOL!!

Will catch up on post later. So glad to be back. Need to go get a shower. I have not had one since Sunday. Ewwwwwww!!

today I worked a sweet short shift 8 to 4 , It felt like a blink and it was done.....then went to local YMCA (Susan it was so nice) I thought of you.....

anyhow got a 2 wk free pass to see if I can commit to and get in a few wrk outs then will possibly join for 3 months:

Mon-cardio mix
Tues- Muscles in motion ( weight machines)
Wed -Dance Fit (Jacob's ladder)
Thursday- Muscles in motion (weight machines)
Frid - Line Dancing (this Frid is an hour with a personal trainer to go thru all the machines, so I know what to do on them)

This I will try and see how many I can attend in 2 wks to see if it is worth it. Plus access to gym machines, and walk track.......

I will still walk at home on tm, but as I am STUCK in a weight rut , need to shake it up and try to get it moving down again. My food I cannot adjust, I feel fueled and energized so do not want to go too low.....

Evening Sassies, High 5 for me today. I've decided not to go to Zumba Toning tonight. I came down with a cold on Friday of last week and thought I'd stay home and rest tonight.

Awesome job all teams............. We should all be proud of ourselves for each day we come here and do our best and even when we slide a little that is ok, because that is what life is all about.

The greatest gift we can give ourselves is to Never Give Up. To always be true to ourselves and chin up and move on.

Tm done 21 mins is all I can muster today but hit my 5232 so happy with it and will call it a night.

Hi ladies. Wow to all teams. I'm ready to head for home, actually got to get my taxes done first. Did get my elbow diagnosed this afternoon...tendonitis, aka tennis elbow! & I haven't played tennis in years! Anyway, the doc is setting me up with some conservative treatments (accupressure/puncture, massage & exercise) & if it gets wors to the point where the exercised hurt the joint then he wants to send me to a sports medicine specialist...who just happens to be the same doc my neurologist recommended. Feel relieved that it isn't something torn.

TOTALS FOR TODAY: got my 5.

5/5 for me today...... Ankle is feeling better, of course, cuz doc apptmt tomorrow... Going to invest in the ankle brace for a while...

Hey all-
Got some new kicks today so I got 2.2 miles in on the treadmill and I ran a mile nonstop. Something I have not done in quite awhile. Sure it took me 17:07 min to do, but I did it!!!

Denise way to go at the Y! Enjoy! Zumba is fun!!!

K need to get back to American Idol.
3 points for me today!!!

Sorry fir being AWOL yesterday. Just couldn't squeeze another second out of the day.

Very happy to be in my own bed and will be asleep in about 5 minutes. But wanted to reprt my 4 for the day and let you know that I'm hoping my life will settle down.

Mom is doing great- even took a trip to the vet clinic to say hi to her friends.

Good evening ladies!! Today was a wonderful day. I ate all veggies today to try something different. We had no meat in our diet and I survived. My husband also enjoyed it so we will try again next week.
