Hi! had a good day. all yes except fruits and vegs. Weigh in is still 183

Quick post for me today - got in 76 miles on the bike and all 4 except my fruits and veggies (of course)
Can't seem to get those fruits and veggies in - will try harder this week. The scale did move in the right direction though Smile

Sorry, was under a tornado warning last night and the power was in and out so I didn't log my stats last night!

2) Tracking - Yes
3) Cardio - Yes
(5390 steps taken, 4 floors climbed, 2.25 miles traveled)
