OK funks, well I wouldn't say I am in a funk, because spirit wise I am good, but weight loss struggle for sure I call it a rut, so yesterday I sat and listed What I have been doing and How I have been doing it, especially my food tracking. I was using the ww points on line for 4 mths.......... nothing.... I am going to give my fitbit food tracking site an honest try for 7 days and see what I think at the end of the week.

As for exercise I have the bare minimum down pat but need to push harder and do less time for more intense sessions at least 2 x wks.......
So this wk I will aim to log in a new way and work out a bit differently and challenge myself.

Morning Sassies, Good Job Team Jillian!!! Waiting to see how Team Bob and Team Dolvett did yesterday.

Denise--Those are great goals to work out a bit different and challenge yourself.

Good morning all! Spectacular day in GA, hope it is where you are too!

Denise, in the 30 Day Shred Jillian talks about the need to really "stress" the body to see results. That is why she goes the circuits - 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs. I had hit a bit of a plateau after my first 10ish pounds and then started that work out. I actually only did it for 10 days, because of my mom's surgery, but I had a 2 lb loss last week and when I weighed at home yesterday, I already lost 2 lbs this week. I think it basically jump started me again. Wink

My mom is feeling better and better able to get around by herself, so I'm hoping to get out on the farm to work today.

Cathy your right , thanks for the reminder. I have a few of her programs including 90 day revolution... I should dust em off and do it at least 2 dasy a wk. I can't seem to go to a gym or join any sport that requires commitment as I get called out it seems every time I try and go do something new...... So my new will have to be on my time here at home or biking when the snow is gone. I can at least carry my cell and go into wrk if called.......I accept that..........

We went to visit mother in law in hospital this am took the stairs both ways and did 6 flights of stairs..... legs sure felt it...........

Happy St Patty's Day Everyone,

Bad day for me... Ankle is bad again.. think it was all the stairs this weekend... oh well... kids made it to the finals but lost.. Sad but got to final two years in a row.. will take that ... cheers..

Only go 2 today... it is St Pattys after all and everyone is a little irish on st patty's day..

Will catch up tomorrow and post all our number after work then..

Give me a 4 today - only 4 F/V (2 of each). Great day of working outside, lots of lifting, and carrying, and sawing, and hacking, and tons and tons of walking.

Unfortunately, without the gym and since I haven't been able to figure the pedometer out or remember to put it on (yep, feeling rather blond!), I can't prove I did 10 miles today. So I'm out of the individual running, but I am a STRONG Dolvett girl!

I have had enjoyed spending time with my mom (who seems to be rebounding from anesthesia finally), eaten really healthy overall despite the stress, and kept my activity level up high. I feel VERY positive about this past week and can't wait for the next week.

I got 3 out of five and tomorrow I get back to the gym. Getting up early so have a good night.

Donna sorry to hear your ankle is bothering you again.

Denise,my attitude is better after a week of sort of rest but my eating has been out of control for most of the week.

Great job on the loss Cathy.

Sarah - Still holding strong I see. Woo-hoo!

Chanda, my day was very relaxing also, helps with getting revived for the upcoming work week.

Four of out five today for me, missed out on the fruits today.

4/5 for me too, again. Only a few fruits and veggies but not all 5 I did however manage 76 miles on the bicycles.

Denise - no butt squeezes for me but I will be doing plenty of squats.

Donna - take care of that ankle.

Good Evening Teamies.....

LAZIN' ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON...& ALL DAY!!!
Today has been an extremely lazy day for me.....
I did absolutely nothing all day...I never even got out of my sweats, and that is so NOT LIKE ME!!!!! I just needed a break from my routine.
I could have definitely also eaten some chocolate today, but I did stay true to my fuel intake though. I WILL NOT GIVE INTO THOSE URGES!!!

I am thinking the funk is running its course through our challenge!
Thank God tomorrow is the new beginning to the first day of the rest of my life!!!
