Anne I had to exit this and go back to see what my RDI on here is... mine shows 1600 so I would do the following:
go to top of this page click my fatsecret
then look down onright hand side and click my diet
then scroll down and choose readjust your RDI
and re enter your info again and see what happens?
it does seem high......

or
email them and they will answer back and see what the site says....

Did you get new shoes. I am possibly going to look tomorrow.

Denise and Anne, According to Coach yourself thin based on weight,exercise mins and height doesnt seem high to me. I,m all about eating as much as allowed to keep metabolism fired up. My problem is I,ve been overfueling. I dont use rdi from here or fitbit. I use from Blc and Coach. I guess it depends how fast u want to lose weight and 1-2% a week is healthy loss. I,m going to see what it says I should eat here. Work and rest day. I,m burnt. Coffee please, Laurie

Record high here today suppose to be 70 with no sun,say what!?!?

Good Morning!!

It's a beautiful day here. It's going to get to 57 and sunshine. My ex bf is putting in my backsplash today. After he did my countertops, I was very sick and then he was very sick and then very busy.It's been a long road getting this kitchen re-done. It first started when son painted the cabinets way back before Christmas. After the backsplash I still have to get a new floor...I will post pics after he gets the backsplash in.

Do you all think I can be brave enough to do my Ab Sculpt DVD while he is here. I need some encouragement for that. LOL!! His son is coming over around 5 and we are all going to watch the 2 episodes of The Bible together, so it's got to be done before then.

Morning ladies! GO TEAM JILLIAN! Had a wonderful Pilates session yesterday...nothing hurt..but did wake up stiff & sore this am, so I did my set of exercises that I need to do at home & felt much better. Also, I'm almost at 10 miles for this week!!

Cathy-glad to know your Mom's home.

Sherry-sure, I can do tour guide in LA...Denise, you come too! I't going to be 79 degrees today.

Laurie-what did you do with the coffee?!?!?

Hello Sistas!!!

I feel halfway human today. Got 5 hours uninterrupted sleep. Mom has had some pain (couldn't figure how she wasn't hurting after the sawed off the ends of two bones and put things back together again), but 1 Percocet controlled it.

Looks like I'll easily be a High Five today - I'm way under on food including what I'm cooking for dinner and sodium would be the only thing I have left. I just wanted to get on here whole my mom is napping. Wink

Evening Sistas, High 5 for me today. I sent Zach a text and FB message last night since I haven't talked to him in over a week but no reply I'm getting worried about him. I'll wait a week or so then text him again and see what's up?

4 more days then I'll be solely on here, Fit Bit and on Spark for my teams.

Evening Sistas!
track, cardio, h20, f/v & sodium all ok=5 points for me!! But it was one of those days:
2 of my evil-genius co-workers organized a "Battle of the Cheescakes" day...7 different cheescakes sitting in the lunch room from 11:30 on. I was good...split 1 slice of 1 kind with my clerk...omg was it good, but what a sugar high, followed by a sugar crash.

Sarah-I'm here, fitbit & Novowellness (Facebook) now...havent'been on the BLC in well gee I guess since Jan.

Cathy-hope the Percocet helps your Mom...I had it the first time for my back surgery, this time I have/had something called Norco...haven't needed any in weeks now, just using Tylenol. Can she use ice on her knee?

Time for me to head home & find some more coffee!!

Evening!

Sorry I was mia, work is starting to stress me out, so I've gone for yet longer bike rides which helps oh so much then I curl up with the bf and watch tv till I fall asleep. Whew,that was a long sentence!! So Tomorrow we return the bikes, pack up the rental car and drive across the deserto to CA for a week. I'm hoping to rent bikes there too, the weather has been so nice. It was 85 today, maybe 88 tomorrow and sunny.

So, it was high 4 for me yesterday and today - need to practice getting those veggies in. On the plus side, rode 75 miles last and going for 75 again this week.

Cathy - hope your mom is doing well

Mom had a tough day, but it is day 3 and we expected that. Percocet is handling the pain.

I had a great day! I got a present from our sweet Sunshine - a pedometer! Thank you so very very very much. Can't wait to see what it shows tomorrow.

For some reason, I can't read page two of the comments. Hope I'm not missing the secret to life.

hello all


no kickboxing for me again, why? you ask well work called me in again, I am on break . I will try to attempt to attend my fist kickboxing class on Tuesd....... oh well c'est la vie eh..........

on another note todays' challenge to myself to go thru all my clothes took me over 3 1/2 hrs and 3 cups of coffee....
I was able to get rid of a bag & 1./2 of clothes. talk about room now in my closet. & seriously 1 person does not need that many things hanging and taking up space instead of wearing them.... & I have a section that if by next March 14th one year from today I am not into the ones I did keep as get into clothes they are gone...... I will get into them.... but have them marked and no more excuses they are collecting dust..... Time to shed the weight or shed the clothes...... I chose to shed this weight............

high 5 for me.

Good Evening Sistas.....

My day started late...I stayed in bed for 45 extra minutes and I paid for it all day.....I was behind and never caught up.....Ughh!!!
I am thankful I got to take out some of my stress in zumba.

This girl is SORE & TIRED!!!
No Pain.....No Progress!!!!!!!!!

I will be working with a nutritionist next week to help me tweek my diet to help me keep my metabolism burning.
It is always the last 10lbs that is the hardest to loose!
I MUST LOOSE THIS 5% EXTRA BODY FAT I AM CARRYING!!!

Evening teamies,

Go team Dolvett way to share the love. I was sharing dinner with my gf so I only got 4 out of 5 today was over on the sodium. It was a rest day for me and I still got in 4723 on steps. Walked dog downtown after dinner so I could get enough steps. She was in the car waiting.
Alj great job. I keep missing your name. Cathy glad u and mom are thriving. Missed american idol,Sad What happened Kat? Pam Isnt that rodeo over yet? Sherry , I know u is sassy. Tea please,Laurie
