Sunshine - Get the party started!!!!! Wooohoooo! what a great weigh in!

Sherry - 15 for Dolvett for Sunday (102 for the week, 238 total)

Saying for the day - “Obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.” ~Michael Jordan

This will be my mantra for the next 10-14 days as I am helping my mom recuperate. No gym, but lots of roads and LOTS of big dogs that need walking and training. I'm coming up with lots of ways to get in creative workouts while I'm there. AND my mom has asked me to teach her how to eat healthy. So I've put together a list of healthy recipes that she can cook for just one. Will be fun!

Busy day until I head to my mom's this evening. Errands to run, but I've scheduled some gym time in and a 30 day shred.

Morning

Mild with rain here ....but it will melt the mounds of snow I still see in my yard.

Cathy may I ask what surgery is your momm having? and good wishes your way for both of you.

Sandra congrats see we never know

Renee cleaning, is a huge part of my spring and fall, you know as you go things accumulate.....and as I am off for stretches at a time....I try not to sit for long at all. and I am naturally always on the go. If I sitt too long and do nothing then weight gain will find me.......So why not tackle different areas, one per week........and when that is done onto the next...... So today is the laudry room.

Team Jillian Sund = 5/5 = 25 great Job team
overall points = 323

miles = 26.17

my weigh in, well I gained +1.6 lbs

Will make sure I walk 30 mins min per day again, I do better when I do that ...................... and say no thank you to the chips, the extra regular things I never normally give in to, So I accept my gain because I know exactly why it happened.......... who let the chips lose anyway............

Morning teamies,

Hoot Hoot ! There is less of Team Dolvett in the house,we is less in numbers and less in weight,we is fierce. I did eat alot this week but I also exercised alot and I tracked every little thing that went in my mouth. That always gives me a loss. It was larger loss going into today but weekends send the scale up not down, I,ll take any downward motion for the week. It,s modified Monday. Pushups I,m adding a few bicep curls and tricep dips. Begone batwings!

Cathy,*hug* for the caregiver!!

Denise, Please come clean for me!!!

Work and tennis for me today ,coffee please, Laurie

Good Morning to all Go Team BOB Go!

I too had a gain. I blame my toe for this gain. Ugh I agree who let the chips out? Munch munch munch!

So we got snow yesterday, so snow day for the kids and by Fri the temps will be in the 70's. WHAT IS GOING ON?

Time to get back to decluttering. Hubby has final interview on March 21st, so it's getting closer til we find out. My gut instincts say he will get an offer. Why would they spend so much time and money to have him go this far in the process. Really just want to know so I can get on with all the madness that is about to happen. Anyone else ever have to relocate to another state for a job?

Well have a great day. Time for a few push ups!
Until later..........cya

Denise - my mom is having a total knee replacement, which she desperately needs.

Sunshine and Laurie - Dolvies have ROCKED it last week.. Let's make it another great week!

I lost 2 lbs exactly which makes me super happy! My goal was to settle in to 1-2 lb loss each week from here on out and I'm doing it!

OMG

ok I did it...... remember when I said I would try 1 new thing at least every 2 mths
( meaning I workout at home , but need to push myself out of my comfort zone and go out and do something different to shake up my body ) So I did. Tomorrow night as long as I do not get called in , I am going to try a kickboxing class.

Yup , and if I am called in I can try to attend again on Thursd so there are 2 days a wk I can aim to try for.

I get to try 2 classes free , and instead of signing up , I can buy a 5 class package. and go as I can attend.

Done...... Smile

Ok, Team Jillian, time to get the boys! I didn't lose this week, but since this is also the first week I have stopped smoking I'll take that as a win! Did my walks & all the pt exercises I'm supposed to do at home both days...somehow doing 9 different exercised 5x just doesn't feel like enough!

Sunshine-great weigh in, congrats!

Cathy-Tell your mom I hope she feels better soon! Walk the dogs, etc or whatever you can do.

Laurie-ok, I can do biceps & triceps...absolutely no push-ups of any kind allowed cause of my back, shoulder & elbow...but what I can do I will!

Now, where's my coffee??

congrats on kicking the black, rotten lung smoking habit!!!!!!!!!!! I am an ex smoker too so I can say that. I used celery as my replacement and ate lots if it too... & never went on deck outside with coffee and phone cause that was smoke time, so replace and change your old smoke time with other things.

Laurie - even if you weight was lower going in to today, you still kicked butt!!! And, that little bit will give you another great week next week!

KWebb- you are doing great! Keep it up!

Susan - crazy weather always makes me crazy - and makes my arthritic joints ache

Donna - glad your ankle is healing. and congrats on a weight loss while injured!

Kat - so proud of you for giving up smoking!!! So proud of you! If you need us, we are here.

Sherry - I am so proud of you!!!! Way to go - 5 lbs in two weeks is AWESOME!!!

It's early, but I am at a high 5 (unless I go crazy eating snacks later). If I do, I'll confess later. Smile

Evening sassies,

Surprised myself with a small loss today, but I will take it. Gotta get active again. Have been so much in a don't want to do anything mode.

I am sure to get in some steps tomorrow, we are going to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Kenny Chesney is in concert.

So for today,

track - y
f/v - y
water - y
steps - y
sodium - haven't finished adding it all up

Hi ladies...come on Team Jillian, we've almost taken over the lead from Team Bob...WE CAN DO IT!
Thanks for the support on my quitting smoking. I'm doing this because this is one of the 4 things that is proven to cause disc degeneration...age (can't do anything about that), diabetes (don't have it), weight & smoking. So since I can control the last 2 that's what I'm working on. There's still no guarantee since 1 disc is in rotten shape but I'm going to do whatever I can.

Denise-oh yeah, celery is my new best friend!

Susan-its 79 here.

Pam-saw Kenny a couple of years ago...you won't sit down much.

TOTALS FOR TODAY:
1. Track-y
2. Cardio-y
3. H2O-y
4. F/V-y
5. Sodium-y
Biceps/triceps-30 each

Don't understand all this fuss...what earthquake? nobody here felt anything & yet it's all over the internet. Wonder what would happen if a bit one hits??

Gotta go, tty tomorrow,
Kat
