Morning Sistas, I posted my stats for yesterday just now on the old thread and will in a bit go to the gym and get a great workout in since I missed Thursday due to the dentist. I figured out that if I don't get in my 4 days at the gym I have a gain for the week at chapter so going in a bit so I have a loss this week.

Morning All

Team Bob, sorry didn't post results yesterday, went to premier and I believe was within Calories/Sodium, however, Did not log, so will take a fat.. Zero, Did actually get quite a few steps done..

Will post later todays numbers, also, will weigh in on Sunday, as I am scheduled for a colonoscopy on Monday and will give a false read about weight with all the water going through me.. LOL....

Premier was fun, felt like we were stars, tons of people snapping pictures in so many different area's.. Will post a few on Facebook for those of you who are friends there..

Saw hubby 3 times, 1 really good time and the others were flashes, but he was thrilled.. not to sure about the movie, thinking I may of been focused too much on who I could see instead of the movie. Will know more tomorrow as we are seeing it again today, with Family and Friends... Just love seeing the same thing twice (LOL)..

Sprained the ankle going down the stairs last night in heels.. My bad.. Hope that it feels better quick...

Ok ... As Laurie always says... Coffee please..

Hey Teamies!

I am getting ready to go to the Comedy Club with my ex boyfriend, his son, my cousin, her husband and her son. My ex and I are still very good friends. We dated for 8 years and just realized we were meant to be friends and not in a relationship. We are going to Mexican for dinner first because the show isn't until 8:45.

hi all

slept till 11:00 up to take sister forher first official outing lunch (healthy) with mom & I . Mom treated she is so sweet.

sound slike a grand night, hope ankle doesn't hurt too bad... Smile tell hubby congrats.... sorry what is movie called again and where did they film it?

after lunch I ended up with my great niece (7) for the rest of the day, so off to wally world to get her new shoes, I say look at these with laces and she says I don't know how to tie laces?????????? WHAT so we sat on the floor in the ailse of the kids section and practiced tying shoes as she did not want velcro ones, & I said you can have them if you can tie em, so 30 mins later we jumped up high and high 5'd each other as she learned to tie shoes.....People were walking past us , looking like what the heck, why are they sitting there on the ground tying shoes over and over, I have alot of patience and VOILA she learned and walked out of the store proud as a peacock..... It really does not bother me to have people look at us and wonder......
also taught her coupon shopping , if we did not have a sale or coupon for it, or flyer price match , I did not get it today. It was fun.

Her mom came around 6 for her. I am ready for a nap needless to say. Smile
It was all about the normal stepping today and just being in the now.

Evening teamies,

High five for me. 11,0000 steps. Tennis, lost my match but have to say it was most fun. My partner this is his first time playing league. he is an incredible athlete can be at front by net and run all the way to the back to get a ball so I just direct him. We played #1 team and we were ahead 4-1 then got a little jitterish. Lost 4-6 3-6 but it was really close and I had a really good time and I was suprised. As pam amd Denise can attest I had a little too much wine last nite so I woke up and cleaned instead of going to volleyball. Going to watch videos with son. Sherry have fun with ex. Donna, wish I lived there to go to movie with you. Denise what fun a surrogate child. Where is team Dolvett hoot hoot . Dinner please, TILAPIA,BROCCOLI GREEN BEANS AND BARLEY YUM!

Evening Sistas, High 5 for me today. I got in a great workout this morning and printed out 3 more workouts from bodybuilding.com so I would have a total of 6 weeks of workouts. I'll log my workouts and figure out what I'm going to do on Monday evening while waiting for the meeting to start after weigh in.

Denise--I love the bodybuilding website all of the trainers at the gym I go to use that site to get workout ideas for their clients and I'm sure that even Zach got some of my workout ideas off of that site too. You can customize your own workouts or use one of the ones that is already created but those that have less than 12 exercises then I'll add a few things of my own to it too.

Good Evening Sista's...

The Hubby & I set out on two wheels today.......the Harley Davidson kind.
It was a great day for a ride, not to hot. We went to see his Brother at a fine arts festival. There was a lot of laughter with Scott & Robin, and enjoyed our visit with them.
I did get in some walking today.


Onece again...my pie chart is not as it should be...
TO HIGH IN FAT, not enough protien, and I went over my RDI.
It is no ones fault but my own! This is going to set me behind for Mondays weigh in.

I MUST GET CONTROL OF MYSELF DURING NEXT MONTHS CYCLE!!!

Evening

Woke up a little late today - the dancing last night was so much fun. I don't remember who all is going to Vegas, but you have to go to Stoney's in Town Square. Don't know how many calories I burned but I was exhausted when we got back and full of energy when I woke up. So much so that I spent over an hour in a really posh fitness club. You can get a free one week pass at most of the hotels apparently. Anyway, the bf is anxious to run out the door to the movies so I have to go. High 5 for me today, go team Bob!

Denise - The Great and Powerful "OZ".. He is just an extra - no lines just in the background.. Was fun though.. After seeing it again.. Liked the movie was a good story line.. Was too busy and intent on trying to find people I knew the first time through.. Also, the movie was filmed right here in Michigan in Pontiac.
