Good evening all!!! Today was very busy for me and I was not able to work out. We had to take my oldest nephew home for spring break and that is about an hour away from my house. I did do good on every thing else.

Track-YES
Cardio-No but I did do more than 3,000 steps.
Water- YES
Sodium-YES
Fruits & Veggies- YES

I feel good so far and I hope that everyone has a lovely evening.

Laurie do not recheck, it is what fitbit says heck you should have seen my smile when I hit 166 floors, that little fitbit is pretty darn acurate. you did alot of tennis and walking. good job

sodium - no, I used low sodium beans in my turkey chili but that is what it said :/
F&V - yes

Really craving goodies lately. Enjoyed a day just chillin with the hubby. Only thing that could have been better was some nice weather to get out in. My miles are low this week.
