Good morning Sistas! My theme for the day is "Make it Happen". I have a phone interview today, lots of last minute stuff for a major fundraiser I'm helping to put on this Saturday, and my 14 year old after school has band practice, chorus practice, AND a chorus concert. I'll be on the go, BUT I'm going to make it happen. Getting in a 30 SHRED workout before I leave and I'm taking healthy food to eat on the run. Make it happen and make it a great day! Morning All Running Late, Overslept.. Today's exercises are Abs... Any way you want to do them.. Tuesday: Abs: Lay of the floor one leg bent and foot on floor - With hands above your head - cross opposite hand of the foot that is bent, and try to touch your toe above your body -try to lift shoulders off the floor . Have fun with it... TTY ALL LATER> GO Teams... Remember it truly is about you, you will get out what you put in.... This is not a diet, it is about a life journey, I am committed and I will succeed!

Morning Heading out shortly on our adventure.... 30 hrs of fun , quiet time away. Team Jillian Mond points = 25 total =187 Way to go.... Make it happen! I like it I will get in as many steps as I can. Morning teamies, I bought a tennis skirt yesterday which probably doesnt seem like a big deal but it is for me. I carry all my weight in my legs and I have loose skin from losing 100 lbs. I did it. I played tennis and went to store in it and no one gawked. Gotta admit those skorts are comfortable and they are $10 at Costco. Now I feel like a real tennis player. Every woman at my level wore one. I shouldnt feel like I have to but I did. On another note I keep late nite eating! Last nite I had organic 85% cacao choc and wine. I,m going to measure out chocolate today and freeze. Bought two kinds of tea. I,m going to make it happen Captain Cathy. No late nite grazing for me. Sandra, Let the sobfest begin were here for you. Denise, U need me there snowshoeing with you. Abs it is! Coffee please, Laurie Love thyself more than u love food!!!!

Hello Sassies!! It's another laundry day for me. Today it's Dad's clothes. Seems like a never ending chore even though there are only 2 of us. It's pouring down rain here so I will exercise with a dvd instead of going to the gym today. Kristina, take care of yourself and feel better soon. Kat, did you enjoy makeover week? Afternoon teamies! Another beautiful day here in Vegas, I could get used to this  . Going for another bike ride later today. Only had coffee for breakfast but just ate a yummy chicken salad and have no idea whats for dinner. I did find out I'm being shipped out to California in two weeks so the co agreed to let me stay here in the sunshine to minimize travel costs. Woo hoo!! Laurie - strut those legs!! Denise - have fun! So I got my exercise clothes on, got the dvd ready to play, got my water bottle filled up and the doorbell rings. It was my new set of Hip Hop Abs videos that I ordered on Saturday. WOW that was quick and you would not believe the workout it was. I am anxious to try them all but I will follow the 30 day plan. I took all my measurements and made a before picture in my workout clothes. It is all about hip hop cardio with concentration on the abs. Good afternoon Sistas! Sunshine - I have done 1 zumba class and loved it! Once my son's band/drama/chorus schedules slows down next month, I'm going to start trying to get one in each week. So much fun! Laurie - so proud of you!!!!! Donna - 2.69% weight loss!!!!!?????!!!! YOU GO GIRL!!!! Sherry - I'm so fortunate to have my Sherrie who does all our laundry. I wash dog towels and that is it. LOL Renee - anywhere with sunshine sounds good to me. We've had yucky, dreary, grey, rainy weather in Georgia for months. Sherry - let me know what you think of the hip hop abs... After my 30 Day Shred, I'll be looking for something new. I had a GREAT VICTORY today - I fit into a 1X shirt with no problem. Hello all! Go Team BOB GO!!! Sitting down with dinner and have 4 servings of veggies staring at me. Ugh I hope none make me gassy. LOL Congrats to the top 5 Losers!! Woot woot Sherry Chris is better. Still a junky lingering cough. Thanks for asking. Oh and laundry is never ending here too. Thankful hubby does his for the most part. Toe is slowly getting better. Will do the TM tonight. High Five for me!!! Sodium- 1550 cardio- done 22 min 3.0mph 1 mile (toe felt good) water- 64 oz track- yes f/v- green beans, salad, more green beans, apple now for abs!!!! Susan Go Team BOB GO!!! Success is achieved and maintained by those who try-and keep trying!!

Hey All High 4 for me... Water is a missing... Need to get back on track with that... Abs and bike are still working, but already did 20 minutes so got that done. Congrats to all the Top loosers.... You go.... Laurie - Congrats on the Tennis Skirt... You are now a true "Sassy" ... Denise - Have fun on your trip, wish I could go with you guys.. I use to Love going on the snowmobile trips.. Sold mine about 12 years back since there was snow.. LOL... Susan - Glad to hear the toe is feeling better.. Ankle is doing ok, mostly at night is the issue now.. can't sleep but at least can walk on it... LOL All right off to watch NCIS ... TTY Tomorrow.. Had a headache most of the day. Worked half a day but it still seemed like a really tiring day.
