Morning All - Weigh In Day - Make sure you post weight and add total amount of steps to your post today.

Today's exercise: Modify Push Ups, do 10 more than you did last week... Add a chair squat, lower very slowly to a chair do not plop, sit very lady like, then without hands stand up, do 10 each set..

Have a Great Day all - will check in later with numbers and all - running late..

39884 steps taken
52 floors climbed
16.7 miles traveled
Down 0.8 lbs

Thought I was over my cold and it turned into a cough and hit me with a vengeance! Because of that I have been doing just the bare minimum the last few days, sorry for not being very involved on here! Proud of every one on here though!

Bio - Name is Kristina, almost 30 years old, and was always very active through high school and college with the Boy Scouts and Venture Scouts teaching rock climbing, hiking, and anything else outdoors! Studied Spanish & European Union studies in Spain, and would move back in a heartbeat!
After college though I became a responsible adult Rolling Eyes with a desk job and started gaining weight. Have a lot of weight related health problems that run in the family, and decided that I didn't want to follow in the family foot-steps. I am down almost 40 pounds from my high of 190 (I'm only 5'4" ). Looking to lose that last 15, which is always the hardest, and I know I need to focus more on toning and replacing fat with muscle! I’m lucky to have a wonderful boyfriend who also lost about 70 lbs to go on this journey with.

Good morning sistas!!!

Great week for Team Dolvett! We are few, we are proud!
Sunday: 19 points for a total for the week of 136

I had a GREAT week - down 202.4-199.8. I was at 199.4 yesterday when I weighed for my picture, but, hey, I'll take the 2.6 weight loss that put me in the 100's!!!! WOOOO HOOOO

I rely on gym time for my miles since I don't have a pedometer, and since I started 30 Day Shred last Monday, I took it a bit easier at the gym this past week. I logged 17.1 miles. I'll take it!

Morning peeps! Where the heck is Team Jillian?!?!? I weighed this morning & as Lucy Van Pelt from the Peanuts comic strip whould say "AARRGGHH!" Gained 3 lbs...not totally unexpected since I had major munchies all last week. Just got back from my evaluation for physical therapy...will be doing Pilates-based therapy on Tues & Wed with my favorite Monica & then something else with Kim on Fridays...this goes on for 6 weeks. Know I'm gonna be dead this week but Dr. Ozar who owns the pt place I go wants to be aggressive in treatment & so do I...oh yes, did I mention there are massages thrown in...aahh. Really need that coffee now!

Donna-can't do push-ups, I'm on for chair squats

Denise-how are the pipes?

Cathy-welcome to onederland...its a wonderful place.

Got work,

Sarah
good luck at your weigh in for tops.

Anne 10 mile sis fantastic, your body will do what your body can.
don't judge by the rest of us, only judge by what you did the wk before.......... I may do alot, but I have to do alot my body does not release lbs easy and I am naturally a hyper on the go all the time person, I always have been. I barely sit unless checking in here or at work. You are doing great. The key is to not quit doing for you....

Sherry

I have a question. Is the 10 miles what you do outside of your daily steps? And also is the 3000 steps or 20 min cardio outside of your daily steps?

I managed to get on the tm this afternoon and walked at 2.2. I wanted to get my 1 point. LOL and that I did. No way could I go any faster. My toe ached really bad and I can feel it right now. Ugh maybe too soon. I have 2 points today. water and cardio. woot woot

The crud is at our house. My baby boy has been sick since Fri. I hope I don't get it. Well nothing else too exciting at my house.

Denise I fixed my toilet and the bathroom drain all by myself. I am now the designated plumber minus the crack showing!!!

Cathy so good to be in ONEderland. I was there a year ago after Gall bladder surgery. I will join you soon!!
Congrats to all that lost this week and to those who didn't or gained don't sweat the small stuff just SWEAT!!! Very Happy We got this!

Off to lounge and elevate!
Until later...............cya

I love you guys!!!! It is wonderful to check in on everyone at the end of the day (I'm an early to bed kinda girl). I don't always respond to everyone, but I definitely read and think about everyone.

I did have a good day, busy, but good. I went over what my goal is on calories (1,200-1,500) by a couple hundred, but I got in 5+F/V, was good on sodium, and pretty good on fiber. I was lower than I like on protein and up too high on fat. But it was a very conscious decision planned ahead of time, so, I am okay about it.

Anyway, HIGH 5 For this dolvie! Going to have one more glass of water, then take the dogs out and go to bed to watch BLC.

Have a great afternoon/evening all and I'll check in tomorrow AM.

Time for me to: leave work, go to the grocery store, put groceries away, get in my last walk, make dinner, make tomorrow's lunch, pack workout gear for tomorrow...all before the BL comes on. Can't wait for the Makeover Week episode, that's always my favorite.

Susan-oh man hope your little boy's better & that you avoid the crud!

Denise-I'll email you my weekent totals

TOTALS FOR TODAY:
1. Track-y
2. Cardio-y (barely!)
3. H2O-y (there's a flood!)
4. F/V-y
5. Sodium-y
Donna's chair squats-16

Susan
3000 min per day or minimum 20 mins per day of cardio
I use my pedometer total, this challenge is awesome because it counts what we do on our own.....every step counts..........not over and above, of course the more we do the better for our bodies.

10 miles minimum total per wk Mond to Sund

Susan Hope Chris feels better soon.

rest that toe.

Anne Smile

Cathy ditto to you, we enjoy you being here also.

ok off to watch Blc show......hooorahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

see ya
