HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!

May the goblins not attach us and we stay strong throughout the day and no candy or treats pass our lips!!!

Yest totals. 6 points and 8997 steps...

Today I need a diversion ... How about alternating biceps10 each arm, and jumping jacks or step touches each hour... You can do these in the bathroom your purse can be you weight...lol

Got to go running late

Morning all and Happy Halloween!!

I have to go to work today and we are all dressing up like we are going to work out. I will be taking 1 5lb weight with me and will use it to do your challenge, Donna.

I went off of my plan last night and am feeling very bloated today. It's just a reminder that I need to stay on this plan.

Steps for Wednesday were 10578 and 6 points.

Happy Halloween sista's...I didn't quite make my steps yesterday..
The flu shot kicked my butt...am feeling much better today...

Grateful for the beautiful sunrise this morning
with all the pink,lavender and reds in the sky...

Feeding cows = 1 point...
water = 1 point..
no other points for me..
Today is a new day..
Only 3,984 steps

Coffee in hand (Salute)

Yesterday is gone..tomorrow never gets here..There is only today..

Morning and Happy Halloween Sassies,

Points for yesterday 6 and steps 10,809.

Charging my fitbit then going to head to the gym and get my leg workout in. Hopefully the Women's Total Fit weight class will be either done or almost done when I get there so I can use the leg machines.

Good morning Donna, Sherry and the rest of you sassies!

Rainy wet here in West Tennessee. Back to work today and anticipate a long day.

Yesterday was good for me for food and water and sweating. Stayed low in calories and that helps mitigate any fubs I forgot to record. Really though, I think I did well. Water was better too! And thank you Donna for the step up challenge. I was out for lunch yesterday and then went to 9R. After using the bathroom while I was out I still came home and did step ups for the bathroom trip I took before working out at 9R. So....

Water: 80 oz
Grateful/right: thankful for the step up mini-challenge. My legs are feeling it.
Track food: yes
Steps: 7064
Breath: yes listening to Christmas music
Cardio: yes, 325 step ups & good workout at 9R even though I really didn't feel like doing it. I am glad/grateful that I made myself go and sweat. Add that to the above I guess.

Well, I officially bought Halloween candy while I was out. I left it in the bag in the house. Hubs took it out of the bag and put it in our "big bowl". The bags have remained unopened. Hope they stay that was until tonight. Hope we have lots of kids so we can get rid of it! Maybe the bad weather will be over by then!

Happy Halloween!

Steps: 15,309 (includes work and home)
Water: 104 ounces
Thinking: 10 minutes to myself soaking in a bath. It was wonderful, but then I fell asleep in the tub.
Exercise/cardio: 5.2 mile walk
Tracked: Everything. Work took up 13.5 hours of my day yesterday so my calories were low as I wasn't given much time to eat much of anything.
Gratitude: I am thankful that a friend came over to walk with me last night when I truly did not feel motivated to do anything after work.

***Need to start getting my water in earlier in the day or set up port-a-potties along my 5 mile route.

Committing to being candy-free today.

Happy Halloween...Have a Howling Good Day Bad Grin


Todays agenda.....get my hair trimmed and then packing up our bicycles and heading to the beach for a nice ride, then.....my favorite part.....a sunset stroll along the beach with my wonderful husband.
I will take a few extra minutes with my face in the sun and send all of you a moment of peace from the beach.


Donna ~ NO challenge for me yesterdayExclamation My legs were still tight and sore from my Monday leg workout. I could barely make it up the 3 steps I have to get to the bathroom, and then I had to try to sit down.....lol

Keith & I had an awesome day yesterdayExclamation We went for a beautiful bike ride along bayshore blvd. Rode 27 miles

Happy Halloween Sassies!!! It's one of my favorite holidays!!!! I've already planned on not tracking all the candy i will eat today lol. I figured 1 cheat day wont kill me! lol. This year I'm a leprechaun!

OOPS forgot to post my gratefulness for today: I am grateful that my online trainer gave me a great leg workout and some awesome suggestions for my diet.

I found at Dillons and I'm sure any Kroger grocery stores have them Carb Master Yogurt. My trainer suggested it for an afternoon snack. Bought 10 for $4 and I think they are normally 20 for $8 but I only got 10 in case I didn't like them.

Change my points from yesterday since think I forgot to post the gratefulness.

Wednesday:

6 points! I got that 64 ozs. water in, by golly. I was up all night, though.... visiting the bathroom. How do you sassy ladies get any sleep?

Steps: 5318! (that is a lot for me... so ye-haw!)

I am grateful for this challenge because it really is keeping me on my toes.... literally. Wink

Happy Hauntings to all Ghosts & Spirits. I haven't walked past our big conference table yet so i don't know if there's candy there, but NO CANDY SHALL PASS STHESE LIPS! Back is still a little tight this am...& of course since I'm supposed to use heat both the heating pads I have at home died on my so now I've got 1 regular 1 & 1 massaging 1 on order. Don't mind about replacing the regular one, it must be at least 20 years old, but the massaging one is less than a yearEvil or Very Mad Anyway, feeling pretty good...quads are NOT happy but that's from working out, just so glad that the disc is still ok.

BOO! Teamies,

I was like Dr.Jekyll and Mr. Hyde yesterday. In the morning I did stepups strength and ate perfectly in the evening I walked to movie and dinner had wine and then I opened the 100 Grand Bars. I even packed snacks to movie so I wouldnt blow. Wine impairs my resistance.

I am grateful for the good choices I made yesterday. I welcome more today.

Exercise: 17 min on stationary bike (heart rate trainer program) and 14 min on Elliptical (heart rate trainer program)

A quick check in, missed yesterday. Tue I dropped off 9 resumes, and so far have 3 call backs. May turn out to be nothing but helps my ego Smile

Yesterday I was up at 4am and on the go from 6am until almost 11 last night.

Already failed the candy challenge. I don't plan on overdoing it tho. Got some steak to grill for dinner and need to use up some spinach.

Did some cleaning and plan on chillin the rest of the day Smile

Have had quite the stressful week, hence being MIA. Between my daughter getting sick and my son's new iphone being stolen, it has just been a load of laughs, ha!

Loren - Rural Western Kentucky, eh? I grew up in Paducah. I left there roughly twenty five years ago and moved to Texas. I do miss the seasons.

Sherry I think I owe you steps from the 28th forward and am only claiming points 3 points per day. Let me know if you are missing any other days. Sorry for being a bad role model. Sad

Legs are really feeling the workout yesterday. So sore!

Did arms today. Pot of chili for supper and then waiting on the little trick or treaters! I know of three really cute ones and hope the make the trip across the subdivision to Nana's and Papa's for some treats!

Pam, I used to live just outside Kentucky Dam Village north of Draffenville back in the mid 90's. Honestly, I couldn't stand it after living in Indianapolis for 10 years.... too rural.
