I am a genius. Truly. I wore my pedometer to work today as I knew I would be walking all over the place. I just got home and took my pedometer off only to realize it had not registered a single step all day. Apparently, when it hits 99,999 steps you have to reset it. Ugh! (And, I'm usually the one who gripes at my husband for not reading directions.) Thus my steps from yesterday are inaccurate. Who knows how far into my walk it was when I hit 99,999. At least I caught it before I took my evening walk.

I'm sorry for your loss Sarah. And, Anne I hope you recover quickly. Sending prayers both of your ways.

I hope everyone else has better luck than I have today!

Loren, I have been tracking the steps for this group for a very long time and I have never known anyone to get over 100,000 steps in a day. Very few of us even hit that mark in a week. I would guess that you accidentally hit reset. I have done that several times myself.

I will be posting the winners of last week tomorrow. I am just too tired to do it tonight.

It wasn't 100,000 in a day. I had not been reseting the pedometer every day. Rather, I was just subtracting the accumulating total from the balance I noted the previous day. I download all of my activity onto a website through my health insurance, but I usually only download it every week or two. I just didn't realize the pedometer stops counting at 99,999 which requires me to reset it.

Evening teamies,

Loren ask Santa for a fitbit. Youve been a very good sassy.

Just got off work going to cook dinner. Tommorrow is my day off and I gave myself permission to sleep in and laze around in hopes of getting better. This stuff is hard to slip. I wanted to eat ,more,more,more but I havnt.

Evening Sistas...the end of a busy productive day. Went out for my afternoon walk & it's windy...& cold!! Definitely cools off once the sun goes down. I WAS going to wear my new sweats today...they fit realy nice...but they are about 3 inches too long, so I will have to hem them...phooy. Finally broke down & ordered an iPod so I can take my music around with me.

Back leg lifts-30 ea leg (doubt I'll get anymore in after Monica aets through with me)

Gotta head for PT, then home for The Biggest Loser & The Voice...don't forget to vote!

You will love the Fitbit..Loren...I love being able to see how many steps I take and stairs I climb as well..it also lets you how well you sleep...Surprised)...

I have only 2 points for today..
Water and taking 10 minutes..

November 4th...6 points..
Water
cleaning for 4 hours
got over 4,ooo steps
ate good
relaxed for over 10 minutes..
Soooo tired..
Surprised)

Yesterday is gone..tomorrow never gets here..There is only today..

Grateful, I didn't eat dessert at hubby bday dinner... Lol. But over in calories so I start again today..

Tracker: 1312/1500 possible : 1 point
Breathing: 14 minutes : 1 point
Stretching: 1 point
Steps: 4300 : 1 point
Water: 112 ounces: 1 point

Tuesday I was grateful to be so busy that all negativity left me and I was confident in my ability to do my food plan and to manage all the things I had to accomplish for the challenge.
