good morning '!!!!!!!!

Today's mini challenge is standing 10.
Google your daily 100 side standing crunches w/Laurel House

I challenge you to do 5 or 10 on each side every hour thru out the day. Do what you can.
Donna and I will throw out mini daily little exercise bursts, join us if you can and want to, but it is not mandatory. We r just putting it out there what we r doing to try and sneak in a little more.
I know on wkends who ever is the best loser of the week posts the wkend challenge.
So this is just Mon to Fri . We used to do this long ago when we were all with blc club.

I will post steps when I wake up.

Morning All,

Feel like I got ran over by a truck!!!! Gym ute, we'd and trainer yesterday..ugh. He did not let up which was good..

Got in 120 jj's and biceps curls on each side...

Grateful, that I can complain, that I have special people in my life who cares about me and that my Sassys are always here..

Totals, 8021 and 5 points...

Yesterday I attended an interfaith prayer breakfast. I ate the eggs and left the croissants on the table. Smile I was able to get all six of my points. I'm grateful that I stayed away from the Halloween candy.

Standing crunches at the office will be interesting!

Morning Sassies!!

I intended to post my gratitude for yesterday when I posted last night, but I was so tired after work and making dinner that I didn't post. So for yesterday I was grateful for a fun place to work. We all dressed up as if we were working out and made our credit union a financial fitness center. I was able to use my weights and do the mini challenge throughout the day.

Today I am grateful that even though I had a few pieces of candy (kick please) I am able to start fresh today!!

Steps for yesterday were 6759 and 6 points. I am in for the mini.

Gratitude: I am grateful that today is Friday and I will be able to get more exercise in over the weekend.
water: 82 ounces.

I fell asleep early last night and did not get to drink all my water (I ended up wearing a lot of water though) or do my walk. My dog got sprayed with a skunk yesterday. Bathing her plum wore me out.

Morning Sassies,

Exclamation I am applying for a part time job today at J.Jill, good wishes,karma, blessings, prayers accepted. I would love to work there they treat there emoloyees so good!!! There clothes are so well made.

I had an amazing experience yesterday my gf flew me in her Cessna whats more sassy than two women in an airplane. She always said I had to get my weight down to fly in her plane. Another goal attained. Then I ate candy. I have never gave in to the sugar monster. I guess I,m not going to this time either. Just a bump in the road as Denise says.

Donna, I did bicep curls at airport with push broom and pulled the airplane like they do car on BLC.

I am grateful for being innovative and doing gym workout at airport hangar. I,m glad to be alive. I accept the job at J.Jill with gratitude.Wink

Hahaha - I love that this thread is titled 'Second chance siestas' - I'm a Spanish teacher and I could really use a nap today! Smile

Gratefulness: Yes (I got to have a few pieces of candy yesterday, and still stayed within my RDI for the day!)

Steps: No (3760, but I'm pretty sure I had my pedometer on me wrong, since it said I had 700 steps all day by the time I got home from work, but I have 1391 already this morning)
Breathing: No (Tried, but kept falling asleep)

Good morning Sassies! I'm so excited because Fitness Blender starts back again today!!! The gym is great but I feel like I get a real workout in when I do my Fitness Blender. I hope I can push through it! This is the start of the second month for the 2 month program! It will end on Thanksgiving Day. Pretty exciting!

Yesterday was my reward day. I ate a lot of candy and some fries. I planned all week for it so I really don't feel bad about it. I did soooo much walking after work trick or treating with my mom's boyfriend's son. He was practically running and I had to catch up! I slept like a baby last night lol

Today I am grateful for Fitness Blender!!!! Workouts for today:

Morning sassies!
Thankful yesterday is over & done with!
I did get in teaching 2 classes yesterday morning.
I did not eat any candy but I did not have any in my house.
However I felt sabotaged because when I walked in from teaching my stepson had baked chocolate chip cookies and the whole house smelled like fresh-baked cookies!
Did not track after that although I did not eat anything off plan I ate almonds, a pear, an orange, and several meal replacements probably past what I should have.
I took a nap in the recliner yesterday afternoon - I think that's time for me.
Steps - 15,161
Water was 80 oz.
So 3 points? 4?
I did post a gratitude before the end of the day.
Today I am thankful for the bus coming early to pick up my son and teaching him a lesson about getting ready for work on time.

Let's see how I did yesterday:

6068 steps in yesterday 1 Point
Elliptical Machine - 150 minutes in 2 segments - 1 point
I am grateful that I have an elliptical machine and can use it without a lot of pain - 1 point

Got in 64 ozs water - 1 point

Time to rest was reading about new diet info online and watching podcasts - 1 point

Tracked my food on MyFitnessPal - 1 point.

6 Points!!! *the crowds cheers and does the wave*

Afternoon Sassies, Points for Thurs: 6 and 10,152 steps.

Today I am grateful that I got through my first week of tough workouts. I am moving my Saturday or any day I don't get to do my workout to the week after my 4 weeks with my trainer is up to makeup those workouts.
Everyday above ground is a great day remember that--Pitbull from the song Time of my Life.

hello, I got 2 points for yesterday. I got 8271 for steps and my gratitude is: I am happy that i had some candy but was able to control myself.

Yesterday was so busy, I didn't have time to do anything like eat, log, exercise, breath, lol ok I breathed but still. I am not upset about yesterday because the few things I could control I did and the rest was what it was!

afternoon check in

slept from 7 am to 11 then ran errands.
I am grateful I was able to push thru being so tired and do it with a headache usually those lay me out.....but today I was able to do what needed done, let me say ouch but done.

Laurie you go girl , they would be lucky to have you.
and yes bumps are ok, life happens.

C good resistance for the croissant that is huge.....

Went to the dog park this am, and they rolled in mud. So for the first time I took them to get a bath instead of doing it myself like usual. I knew I was to tired, lol. Ready for a nap now. Not sure if we are fighting something or what. Need sleep.

Doing lousy on steps and water this week. I did ellip last night but only for a few mins. Fail. Hope to do more tonight.

Day of rest.. 100 sides are complete.. Now relaxing with hubby.. Tomorrow big football game here in Michigan U of M against Michigan State.. Will be fun will watch game with lots of friends...

End of the day Sistas! WAS going to get out all my winter clothes, but I went out for my afternoon walk & its 86!! Now i have to remember where I put my swim suit for the winter!!
Got 50 sides in & think that will be all as the back didn't seem to like them much...even so I do feel better than I did at this time last week.
