Great day yesterday had a nice big Gold class at 10:30!
Great Party in Pink last night then went out to dinner with some of my instructor friends and had an Ahi Tuna Salad!

Looking forward to some down time today - but must to some shopping cleaning and get caught up on my accounting!

Morning teamies,

18,291 steps yesterday it felt good to move again. I hit my goal of walking 1000miles in 2013. Hoot Hoot! When u have a bad week that fitbit still keeps u feeling good. Hit 747 floor badge too. Whatever that means. Looking forward to new challenge. Here,s my second chance, Laurie

Good Morning All,

Yesterday was busy, busy. Busy....got up went shopping, to the eye doctors, then to get a baby shower gift, to the gym, back home, wrap the birthday gifts, shower, ushered at church..then to Sisters to celebrate the fall birthdays... I was tired..but yep met up with friends at 930 haven't seen them in forever!!!

Yep squats were done yesterday and threw in an additional 60 at the gym cuz... Legs are burning today...

Steps

Thursday 8045 and 4 points
Friday. 9849 and 6 points
Saturday. 13347 and 6 points

Meeting up with a friend at gym today.. Off to get the house cleaned

Morning sassies,

Huge rainstorm here last night! I won't complain though we needed the rain. Only got my shopping finished yesterday, just wasn't in the mood to clean.

Hubby made breakfast this morning which was an awesome treat. May not have been on the "diet" plan but nice nonetheless.

Happy Sunday Sassies! So far so good with the weekend challenge. I feel pretty good. Yesterday was the second Fitness Blender physical fitness test. First I got on the scale and saw a new low! Almost out of the 230s!

I also did my mile and shaved off 2 minutes! I did it in 17:32. I know that time isnt great but it's progress. Next month i do it again and my goal is 15 min!

No snack: Y
Total: 5 points!!!

Hello-
Beautiful 72 day here. Took the kids to the mall to go trick or treating. Wow what a disappointment. Think they came home with 7 pieces of candy. WEAK!! Oh well it was nice to get out!

Going back to work Tues. Looking forward to it. 4 hours will be enough.

Ready for the new challenge tomorrow.

Yay! I'm not sure what that was all about. I hope it never happens again. I really missed you all and wanted to comment so badly. I am ready for the new challenge to start and will contiue on FMD and see where another round will take me. I am commiting to a full 28 days with no alcohol again and following the plan as strictly as I did the first round.

Becky, you had asked what NSV was and it is Non Scale Victory. Sometimes better than the scale victories.

Laurie, Woo Hoo!! 1000 miles...You Rock!

Susan, I'm gald you are making progress and will be going back to work. It will be great to see your steps build up. Please start slowly and build up gradually. Your leg still looks pretty bad.

Sherry, So glad that you can finally post again.

My manager called me this morning from the back office and I was up front. He had a favor to ask me for my friend April she has a funeral to go to Wed afternoon and would I trade shifts with her she would open for me on Wed and I would close and I said that I would. All of that means that I get not 1 but 2 Women's Total Fit Classes this week plus my workout that my online trainer has planned for me.

Hello all, I was at camp last night we went out after the hockye game to close the trailer before the pipes freeze..... Smile

Pam nice treat to be cooked for Smile I like that too.

Laurie congrats on joining the 1000 miles club.... I am continuing my tracking to see what I get to by Dec 31 I started last January 1, with Britts idea of paying myself for my miles and have kept it up.
& congrats on such awesome steps yesterday , way to get back into it.

Busy day!
Menu planning done
Grocery List Done
Spinach Egg Muffin Cups (adding in 1/2 a breakfast) cooked
Chicken Breasts grilled
Chicken Vegetable Soup cooked
Tacos made for dinner for the fam
Taco Salad for me.
Berry mix with 1 tablespoon half & half for fruit
Orange for my other fruit serving
I still get to eat one cup of vegetables today
Now I need to run the dishwasher a couple times to get caught up on the dishes.
Ready for a kick-butt week! Very Happy
