Good morning all,

Went to local blood drive this morning but wasn't able to donate since my iron was to low Embarassed. Very annoying.

Thanks to all of you for the support along this journey.

Donna, I definitely need to download the iphone app for FMD. I should have bought it before the price went up, lol.

Sarah, thanks next time I am out and about near a mall will definitely have to check that product out. I drive into the city maybe once every two months for "mall" shopping.

Becky, what a lovely picture of you two.

Needing to get my ducks in a row today, school starts on Monday. Hopefully, today will be the last trip to the store before next weekend. Wish me luck.

Yesterday I actually walked a 5k on the treadmill. It might have taken me 82 minutes but I did it! I have to keep remining myself baby steps and that they were at only 2.3 mph.

Morning All,

Pam - Great TM walk, it is baby steps until you can run.. LOL.. Not running yet.. never will .. for any lenght of time...

So, planning the rest of the weekend meal and then next to get my grocery list together for tomorrow shopping...

Cleaning the house and dancing around, thinking about you Denise.. LOL

Hope that all that are here for the weekend, are doing the bathroom squats, don't forget to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate... The Metabolism diet says you should drink 1/2 of your weight, got the 8 glasses in yesterday but WOW.. Dont know if I'll ever get that one done..

Hope that everyone has a chance to do something for themselves this weekend, enjoy the sun, rain, clouds whatever weather you are having and take a moment to breathe, then move, move, move some more.

good movement speed does n t matter as long as your moving one step then another you will
get to as fast as your ok with ......i am not a big runner i love walking n hiking

Donna i am at camp dancing in garage while waiting for wood stove to dry in between paint coats
shake it.and sway it ....oh yes n stoping now n then to practice a little guitar one day i will
put playing n swaying together hahaha

I got in some ellip time this am. Felt good, had been to long. I need to decide what to do about my pedo. I hate the thought of buying another one...it would be the 3rd. I am cheap and hate wasting money on things that don't last. I paid 40 for the last one. I need to look into the fitbit thing.

Fighting a little allergy headache. Will work on hydrate and potty challenge Smile

Morning,

Getting ready for my run - ugh I hate running in the morning before I eat but I have to take red sauce down to the bar in an hour and help setup for the poker run for the bikers. Then quickly change, pack up the car and meet some friends for a day of wine tasting and concert.

Anne - I'm with you on the pedo. I lost one and haven't bought another since I have a garmin but it doesn't count steps. And the fitbit app for garmin hasn't worked yet.

Pam - good job on the 5K - I'm almost there Smile

Speaking of which, I'd better get moving.

Good afternoon Sassies!!

I have been very busy. I had to run to the store first thing this morning to get the items needed to make what I am taking to the mini reunion tonight. I am going to a cookout with friends from elementary school. Then I came home and made my food. I have just finished planning my menu for the first week on the FMD plan. I will go to the store tomorrow and make the soup and chili for phase 1. I am so excited to get started.

Is anyone else starting the FMD on Monday?

My steps for Thur were 4721 and for Fri were 4920 and 3 points each day.

Gotta go clean and do some laundry before I have to get a shower and got ready to go.

Afternoon teamies,

There is wifi in the room technology is an amazing thing. Have music on my tablet. Siri found the trailhead and when I took the wrong trail siri said we were way off so I got extra steps. 12,000 steps today and 120 floors that,s got to be a record on floors for me. We hiked to a backcountry lake. Lake Louie has two boulder islands in middle, besutiful. I,m starting to like this man thing. Tommorrow we are going jet skiing. Excited I love water.

Renee, Was it bicycles or motorcycles? The man traveling thing I like!

Pam, I will always support u thru thick and thin.

Denise, I cant sync fitbit either. But I,m stepping.

Donna, how r u doing on fmd?

Sherry, Reunion sounds fun!! I wish I even remember who I went to elem school with.

Steps for Fri: 8914 not quite what I wanted but didn't get the extra time to run around before taking over the front at work. I normally get 45 min or so to be on the floor but not yesterday.

Sounds line you are having a great time.. FMD first tell days easy, second two days rough, last 3 ok, so glad Monday us around thecirner, but truly miss my morning coffee, going tomorrow to traders Joes need to pick up some stuff..

Hey Ladies! I'm home!!!! Finally, but, boy, I sure am missing that beach chair already. Actually started missing it about an hour into the drive home... Oh well, another time I guess.

I did put my pedo on yesterday after beach time and between walking yesterday (we walked the pier again) and what little walking I got in today I managed to get 15,377 steps. Really wished I had worn it Wednesday when we went to the lighthouse. I did track foods as best I could under the circumstances. Strength/movement could be yes all week as we walked alot on the beach/pier/shopping. I will have to look back at my diet calendar for fiber info.

I took a sneak peek at the scales before we ate tonight. Maybe it won't be as bad as I thought it was going to be. We'll see later.

Hubs and I got all the unpacking done and since we did laundry ever day while away I have very little laundry to contend with. I got budget stuff taken care of too. Still have a few things to get done this evening and boy, am I wiped out!

Glad to be home and back in the groove. Tomorrow will be church and a little grocery shopping. And then relaxing from vacation before heading back to work Monday. Man, I am going to hate checking work email....... even with office assistant replying I am out.

EDIT: Wednesday was the only day this week that I did not get my fiber in. So fiber points for me the other days! Yay!

Hi all- Been out at the lake this weekend. Little sun burned today!!

Well I wasn't in Onederland but a short 24 hours. Next week I will see it and stay there. I knew I would gain in this Phase of the FMD. I guess it's normal.

Struggled eating the food today. Maybe it was the heat. I just wasnt ice cream. I never crave sweets. This clean eating is changing my ways. LOL

No steps accounted for since I forgot my fitbit. I am sure it was a lot cuz I was going all day. Oh well

Another night alone so gonna go enjoy the quiet and try and find a movie.
